  1. I have a brand new 24" black Barrel for a SBE for sale. Will also fit a SBEII but will have to use SBE chokes. The barrel comes with new chokes. If interested please contact me at [email protected] Thanks! Paul
  2. 870 Warrior if you are looking for a comfortech pad let me know because I have 2 new ones for sale. What size are you looking for? What gun? Thanks Paul
  3. These artists are not lecturing on how YOU should think...they are simply writting what THEY as an artist feel. Freedom of speech remember? This has nothing to do with being "Non-American" ... artists sell world wide, it's not like Neil Young is selling only to US citizens. Paul
  4. You have every right to your opinion, I can respect that...its just the way you worded it "I might give some credit to the IDIOT if HE WAS AN AMERICAN CITIZEN." It was the last part that I had an issue with, I dont think it should matter where you are from. No big deal....agree to disagree. Anyway ... lets keep this forum to Benelli topics...something we can all agree to love! Paul
  5. Neil Young has every right to say what he feels, it doesn't mean you have to agree or follow what he says. That goes for anyone's opinion(s). Remember what makes our countries so great...FREEDOM OF SPEECH. And just a little note ... Lynyrd Skynyrd and Neil Young were actually friends a part from a small arguement they had which led to those lyrics. "I might give some credit to the IDIOT if he was an American citizen." by USMARINE Why is it only a US citizen can make a comment about Pres. Bush??? That's a pretty ignorant statment. You don't have to live in a country to make a comment about a person. In Neil's case he lives in the US a lot more than you think due to his line of work. "Don't try to force US to change to your liberal and socialist ways." by GW That's right leave it to the US to force the changes upon others. The last Canadian PM was an idiot and f'd up a lot of things....that's for sure! I have no issue with anyone making a comment about what's on their mind as long as it's not something they pulled out of their ***. In my opinion, the last Canadian PM and Pres. Bush are\were both bad leaders. Thankfully the new Canadian PM looks to be a much better leader and making changes for the good. I just know that the next US Pres. has a lot a repairing to do and hope whoever it is, does a much better job than Pres. Bush. There's nothing worse to have a country devided amongst itself because of their President. God bless the soldiers....I hope they come home soon! Paul
  6. Are you selling your 24" barrel? How old is it and how many rounds have you put through it (estimate)? Paul
  7. Is there really a difference in performance with the 2 barrels? Is the SBEII barrel that much better or I should say noticeably better than the SBE barrel? Curious to know...Thanks! Paul
  8. Brand new in the box Benelli 24" Black Matte Barrel for a SBE (will also fit SBEII). You can contact me at [email protected] 350 US$ Paul

    Raised Gel Comb

Is the Raised Gel Comb only used for scoped guns? Would using the medium raised gel comb for waterfowl and sporting clay make sense? Would like to hear some opinions. Thanks. Paul
  10. The Z shim ... does that lower or raise the POI? Paul [ 04-03-2006, 01:59 PM: Message edited by: Paolo ]

    SBEII Barrel

Will a Barrel from the SBE fit the SBEII? Also, will the stock/forend from a SBE fit the SBEII? I'm looking at buying a barrel and the guy claims the SBE barrel will fit the SBEII. I want to make sure of this. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks Paul
  13. WTF!?!?! I call Stoeger Canada to tell them the SBEII is missing a part and he's telling me that there is only suppose to be one piece in between the stock and receiver. I told him that there should be 2 and it shows in the parts book and manual. He's insists that there is only one and then the medal plate in the stock. I told him to have a look and call me back. He was getting a little pissy. I hope he calls me back Paul
  14. Looks like my brothers gun did not come with the DX plate. I had a feeling something was missing. Thanks for the help! Paul
  15. Ok...I did a search on previous topics but I didn't get 100% what Im looking for. I changed the Shim from B to Z with the matching plate with no problems however when looking at the manual it shows 2 plates in between the stock and receiver. For the life of me, I don't understand where this second plate is??? Is there only suppose to be 1 plate there (A,B,C, or Z)? If I'm shooting high with "B", going to a "C" or "Z" would drop my POI...correct? "A" would cause it to rise? Thanks! Paul
  16. Which choke would you recommend for a SBEII? What exactly is the difference between the 2? Paul
  17. I dont think Benelli is going to give you a hard time for a replacement pad. Just let them know that it was defective when you bought it but you didnt notice until you got to the shooting range. Looks like someone took a bite out of your recoil pad LOL! Paul
  18. How is the recoil on the Super Light? It must be worse than the SBEII since its so light. Paul
  19. Would it be a good thing to use a snap cap? I don't like to dry fire. Paul
  20. Is it necessary to use SnapCaps when storing a SemiAuto shotgun? Whats your opinion? Paul

    Limbsaver 10402

Im a little confused ... what is the part# for the limbsaver recoil pad for a SBEII syn stock (not pistol grip). Is it a slip on recoil pad or does the stock need to be customized to install the limbsaver pad? Whats the thinnest one you can get? Thanks!

    3 vs 3.5

Personally I don't see enough difference or maybe I should say a big enough advantage to spend the extra dollar and take the extra recoil of a 3.5" shotshell. In my opinion it's more a marketing gimic. 3 1/2" vs 2 3/4" ... yes you will see a difference. 3" is more than enough. Again ... to each their own! I still use 2 3/4" and have no problems ... just have to know your limits and know your firearm. Paul
  23. How hard is it to change the shims on a SBEII? I'm always concerned about doing something wrong when taking it apart. Paul

    SBE2

Out of curiousity are you sure these SBEII's being sold for $1199.00 are with the ComforTech? Paul
