  1. I finally received the mount from EGW. If someone wants to see it, I could email it to them - never figured out how to post pics into threads!
  2. I believe that M2s are ok - they don't seem to be listed as one of the prohibited Benelli shotguns (some M1 varaints and all M3s). See item #7 in the following link. http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/C-46/SOR-98-462/text.html
  3. 40 5/8" with the 7/8" factory pad.
  4. Most of the M4s brought into Canada have had the collapsable stock on them, and I was told by a dealer that now they can only order them that way. Do the US models have pistol grip stocks or just regular stocks?
  5. Ever seen these? How heavy would your gun be???!! http://www.itamedia.com/rosco/presentazionee.html
  6. Hey John, have you contacted George yet? I just found out that other guys are already putting in orders with him directly. He still hasn't sent mine out so it seems that he is waiting to get enough orders to do a complete batch of them. You might want to contact him so you don't miss his first run. I had thought we would test-fit mine first but I guess not. Hopefully he has verified the measurments I sent him before he makes too many - I'd hate to be the one who was the cause of a whole lot of upset customers!
  7. I think these guys still have factory extensions available. Only the camo one shows on their website but you might give them a call. http://www.kesselrings.com/new/view_product.asp?productID=328&categoryID=23&subcategoryID=22&refer=
  8. The only one I've run across is the kind that thread on an "extended" choke tube. http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/store/ProductDetail.aspx?p=10088&title=GUNNERS+CHOICE+RECOIL+REDUCER+CHOKE+TUBE
  9. Just got a message back from George. He said that if you can get 10 people for sure, he will do a run of the modified mounts, which would then be at their normal cost of $29.99 (plus shipping). Yes, these would be for the SNT with ghost-ring sights. He didn't let me know on the status of the mount that I had ordered though... Oh well, just have to keep watching the mailbox. Hopefully it won't be too long, so we can see how it will fit - I think I measured correctly!
  10. I am having George Smith at EGW (http://www.egw-guns.com) modify a #93 picatinny style base for me ($40 plus shipping). If you did get a group buy together I'm sure it would be cheaper. Should be sent to me as soon as his next batch goes through anodizing (I hope!). Been a while since I sent my payment/order - guess I should give him a call and see how its going. If there is more interest, he might get mine done faster!
  11. I was just told this weekend that the Beretta RX4 Storm collapsable stock is the one used on the SuperNova Tactical. Can anyone confirm this? RX4 Storm - http://www.berettausa.com/product/spotlight/spotlight_rifle_rx4.cfm SNT - http://media.benelliusa.com/Upload/Benelli/Product-Photos/SuperNovaColTactRB-GRSsyn12.jpg

  13. SuperNova Tactical collapsable stock looks totally different than M4 stock. Diameter of "recoil" tube is smaller on SN. http://media.benelliusa.com/Upload/Benelli/Product-Photos/SuperNovaColTactRB-GRSsyn12.jpg Anybody know the Benelli part number for the SuperNova collapsable stock?
  14. I put a factory 2-shot on my SuperNova Tac and it works great - not sure if I like its multi-piece design though, guess they had some reason for doing it that way. The end cap also has a hole in it, not sure what its for except to let dirt in...? The one-piece designs seem simpler but I don't have any experience with them.
  15. I've been searching for something like that as well - closest I've found is for M1/M3 from GG&G but don't think it would work for SuperNova since the receiver is wider. Still looking... http://gggaz.com/index.php?id=80&parents=60,61
  16. I don't know much about SuperNovas yet since I just picked one up yesterday but I guess that they aren't all the same receivers - my Tactical version is already tapped for a scope mount, just has plastic/rubber plugs installed in the holes. Supposedly takes a Weaver 4231M base. If you do get yours drilled, I think this camo mount might be what you are looking for: Burris 410609 Benelli Pump Camo Benelli Nova (Weaver-style) camo SU One Piece Base (UPC: 381106094 ) from http://www.opticsplanet.net/burris-su-one-piece-bases.html Hope this helps
  17. Anybody have an extra Surefire or other brand forend w/light for a M1 super 90 that they might want to part with?
