i just ordered a rhino choke today for my sbe2 and the lady from rhino i talked to on the phone made me take my other choke out of the gun and c were the screw in thing was in my barrell. she said people order chokes all the time and send them back saying they werent the right one..she tld me i needed the 670 bc of my rings in my gun were towards the end of the barrell or something idk..this make sense to anyone else?

yea they had them instock when i was in there i just didnt have 120 dollars at the time to buy one. i tried ordering one today from them off the internet and they were out of stock..i ended up just calling the people at rhino and ordering one from them

i got a place u can go but it is going to probably be pretty expensive. its in carrolton alabama the name of it is westervelt lodge one of my friends family owns it, they do guided hunts for everything but like i said theyre really expensive. from the few ppl i kno who have gone there and hunted said they loved it. look them up online...theres a few other places u can go im sure westervelt is the one ive heard the most ab

go to www.woodsandwater.com or search it on google. its located in tuscaloosa alabama i was in there the other day and they had some. they were about 120 i think idk if thats pricey or not but they had them. im sure u could find them cheaper somewere else but u could more than likely order one for them. they had a target set up from a sbe2 at 71 yards if im not mistaking it had 23 pellets in the head area...ill be buying one for sure for my sbe2

im not sure what it is. i bought it brand new. o well, im not really concerned with it right now as long as its not the barrel or anything like that..thanks for the help

i wouldnt trade my sbe2 in for any other gun. it never messes up or anything. i probably wont buy another shotgun thats not a benelli. any ideas if benelli will come out with a newer version of sbe2? (probably a stupid question)

My SBEII is almost a year old, ive taken it turkey, duck, dove, and skeet shooting plenty of times, never once had a problem with it. it has never jammed that im aware of. as far as it rusting, i havent had any problems there. its been through just ab anything u can think of except negative temperatures. as said before in this thread taking it apart and cleaning it religiously after every time taken out in the field is a must i believe. it has worked wonders for me.. unrelated to the shotgun..i recently purchased a benelli 30-06 rifle in the synthetic..while deer hunting decided to rain and whatever is on the stock of the gun turned white? and it seems as if the top coat is scratching off..any ideas as to what i can put on it to help?

thanks honkers, im probably going this weekend to get one. even though as dry as it is its nearly impossible to find birds anywere in alabama

What about for the SBEII? Same results? I dont use mine for anything more than duck,turkey, and skeet shooting. Any help on which choke i should use for duck/turkey?

My SBEII has had a problem with the shell getting caught when it tries to eject it. It's only happened three or four times but after i cleaned it it worked like it was brand new. I just take mine apart and clean the inside of it really well and it quits. But i dont know that much about Benelli's and cleaning them, but it works for me.
