Hornandy is certainly a fine manufacturer. However, 00 Buckshot can have penetration issues. I round of 00 is like 9 .33 caliber bullets flying at you, which will certainly take down your attacker but it can also penetrate walls and possible take down an innocent person next door. If you live in a remote area where penetration is not an issue, I would go for 3" 000 Buck and send 10 .36 caliber hot balls of lead flying at them per round.

He rapidly and successfully modernized Japan into a free market, capitalist society. During WW2 the goal was to do the same for the rest of east Asia. Since WW2 the Japanese have consistently elected conservative leaders from the LDP, with one brief exception in the 90s. Their goals, there values, their momentum is for a society based on hard work, integrity, quality, family values and honesty. After the US unleashed the bomb on them, they didn't cry to the government for help, they took it upon themselves to clean up see what could be salvaged, organize and move forward. A little bad weather in New Orleans, all **** breaks loose, looting, shooting at rescue workers, rape, violence and the months of bitching why the govt. did help out quicker. What happened to taking initiative? So, we have a lot to learn form Japan, we have a lot in common with Japan, and we shouldn't have picked a fight with them in the first place. As for Bin Laden, Clinton's lack of interest in retaliation make Al Queada bolder and bolder after each attack. Where did you learn your history? Comic strips? Tojo had no intention of taking over Hawaii, according to his own journals it was just to send a message to piss off and keep out of our trade routes. Everyone has their opinion about home defense, I live in Los Angeles and the distance from my bedroom to my neighbors bedroom is about 5 feet. So penetration is a huge consideration for me. I want to kill my attacker not my neighbors. I like 2.75" Winchester Super X #1 Shot. Which had 16 .30 projectiles in each cartridge. In some situations you may be able to only get one shot off so the idea of 16 hot lead balls flying in the direction of my attacker sounds good to me. Also if you keep your M4 loaded you should change the magazine spring about every 6 months. I buy most of my ammo online from able's ammo. I think their prices are fair, great customer service and you don't have to pay sales tax. once you remove the barrel from the receiver the forend grips pretty much just fall off... I have no idea why you cannot pull your barrel out...

I think Truman was an ass for dropping the first one, he shouldn't have dropped it in a civilian area. However, the 2nd one was their fault, Tojo shouldn't have been so stubborn and just surrendered after the first one.

I am taking the side of historical fact... It sure was a surprise to the victims but completely expected and welcomed by FDR according to his own records released by the national archives. That all depends on what you are going to do with your gun? Shoot clays? Shoot metal targets?, shoot ducks?, shoot big game? Shoot people with less lethal rounds? Shoot paper targets? Shoot watermelons? Home defense? A shotgun can shoot many kinds of ammo, buckshot, rubber bullets, bean bags, slugs, target loads, tri-balls, tasers, tracers, ink, birdshot, turkey loads, etc... Tell us more about the types of things you are gonna be doing with your gun before we can recommend ammo

M4 YES I have a full stock with pistol grip... I have to raise my cheek a little higher than I did before, when just using the ghost ring sights.

I recently got an EOTech 511, I only took it out to the range once so far, I haven't had a chance to use it much...I was going to do a little dry firing at the TV and I noticed I had two reticle patterns in the viewer. WTF??? I couldn't believe it was malfunctioning already. I turned it off and on, changed the batteries, looked on-line to see if anyone else had this issue. No luck... I got frustrated shut it off and went on to do other things then an hour later went back to it and the EOTech was fine only one reticle. Great... But it was still bugging me as to what may have caused it. After scratching my head for a few hours, it all clicked and I couldn't believe how stupid I was. I have an astigmatism in my right eye the first time I tried it I didn't have my glasses on and bingo double vision. Something about how the EOTech is designed makes my astigmatism very noticeable. My glasses correct for it so no biggie, I always wear em at the range.

I personally feel Nikon is better than Zeiss as long as the Nikon optics are made in Japan. Some of their lower end stuff is being made in SE Asia and the quality takes a big dip. I wouldn't rule out 3" rounds, it all depends on the round and what you are shooting, there are hotter 2.75 rounds than some 3" The first shotgun I ever shot was a Remington 870, that gun has absolutely nothing to reduce recoil, I remember shooting 2.75 00 buckshot and after 6 rounds I wanted to cry... not really but I was in a world of hurt. I can shoot a 100 rounds of 3" magnum slugs out of my M4 and there no pain at all. Sure there is recoil like someone gave you a shove with an open hand, but its no big deal at all. If you did that with an 870 it would feel like someone hitting you with a hammer a 100 times. In both cases your body is pushed back a bit, but one hurts and one doesn't For clays I like to shoot Fiocchi 2.75 super crushers 1400fps You could shoot a 1000 of em in a day and have no ill effects... The M4 does such a great job with recoil, just shoot whatever you can with it... Just don't forget to buy a cylinder choke for slugs.

Why no 3"? Recoil?

ehh, the M4 has soooo much going on in it to reduce recoil. I wouldn't worry about it. The only thing that I can say hurt were 3" tri-balls and it wasnt that bad... stay away from low-recoil ammo most of the time it doesn't cycle...

Make sure you bolt is well lubricated... Benelli says this is the most common issue when rounds are sticking...

You can't get the factory one anymore, you can find them in auctions once in awhile for over $200.00 if they have the same problem or not, I don't know. A full tube is just the way to go... Shoot a couple hundred rounds of hot turkey loads, to break it in, then shoot whatever you want...

Yup comes with a tube of benelli oil, and a choke wrench, you most likely got a modified choke with your M4, if you want to shoot slugs I would get a cylinder choke... Get a full length tube from Socomguy! I got one and everyone else who bought one has been very happy. With the aftermarket +2, you run the risk of rounds getting stuck at the connection. Also the full tube makes it much easier to field strip. no matter what you decide you will have fun with your M4. It's my favorite firearm!

Have you ever cleaned out a dusty garage and go to blow your nose and have blackened snot, from all the dust? Well this happens to me when I shoot at the indoor range. I assume it's mostly powder, but I wonder how much lead is getting sucked into my lungs and if there are any short or long term health risks... I am starting to think I should stick to the outdoor ranges...
