Probably the DMR adjustable. I would hold out for the SSA personally. DMR is all over because noone wants them. They want the SSA, which is what the military is replacing the KAC's with.
-
It is also worth just what you payed for it and quite often has been found to break, or lose a stage. I would get the LMT before I got the RRA. Both are a distant second to the SSA.

This is very debatable. Nigel Teague feels that more than 2" of taper is not needed, and parallel's are over-rated. His chokes have non, and he only makes extended chokes because they are popular. The results of his products in the field speaks for itself, however, I am not sure how they will do with buckshot and plan on testing one soon if he says they are G2G with it.

I have a Geiselle SSA and it kicks ass. Good luck getting one though. Last I checked the backorder was absurd. I bought two, thinking I would use one, and ended up selling the extra for $225. It sold in 5-10 minutes as I recall on ar15.com.

The Ti tube really isn't a very invasive install. Low impact imho.

Purchased, no-longer need this item.

The ADM mount was deforming the Benelli rail. I don't know if the mount or the rail was out of spec, but it was bending the edge of it where the bolt threaded into the nut that determined tension, it was overly large, and peened against the edge of the rail under recoil (leading me to think that this was what was touching the rail, not the base of the mount). When Kip's rail comes out, buy LaRue. LaRue just won't work on the Benelli rail so I tried ADM. I guess I could try KAC, but that's $200 for a mount. I'm not really cool with that, lol.

The ADM mount wasn't working out so well, and Kip's rail is still TBA as far as availability. I slapped some meprolites on and it works well until a rail comes out. Quite frankly, the collapsible isn't the most comfortable for me when fully extended (as it must be to use irons). It is basically for optics/body armor/shorter people, imho. Ergo, I am slapping a OEM PG stock on until Kip's rail comes out and the collapsible goes back on along with a T1.

Your subconscious betrays you. Have no fear, all men dream of rape and plunder!
-
Several reasons. I took the optic off and so I no-longer need the collapsible, but I am keeping it because it is badass and collector status. I don't want to attract any more attention than necessary. I like the 1-piece design and since I am using it at the same length of pull, why not? I feel more comfortable butt-stroking someone with the OEM stock

I have heard that this stuff is bulletproof. Not the same.

That's what I did. Worked well for me.

You need to heat the adhesive to around 450*F last I recall. Whatever the smoke-point of CLP is, that is when it begins to release.

I have found one at a good price from a company. If anyone here has a take-off they will sell me, I am offering $150 for it or I will buy this one I have located. Last chance here to help defer some of the cost of a collapsible stock purchase. Also, if I buy it from you, I do want to cross-ship. I have plenty of references and lots of feedback on my ar15.com membership which stretches over the past half decade. Anyways, let me know by noon-ish tomorrow whoever wants the deal.

jeez. Just use a cheap heat-gun and your hands. This is being overthought. When you have sex do you calculate the consistancy of the condom with a durometer, or do you just put the damn thing on?

New healthcare bill will further raise the unemployment rate if the senate OK's it. It was just approved for debate a few hours ago. Grab your ankles, America.

Ghost load a shell on top of the elevator.

The M4 is 7+1+1, not 7+1.

9 rounds really should be enough without messing with a side-rail, JMHO. As to the light, B&T makes a simple 1-rail mount for the M3X (should also work with the X300) that attatches to the mag-tube. Remove it every time you clean the gun, but hey. It's cheap and works. I like the sidearmor rail except for the fact that barrel harmonics are transferred to the holes in the reciever by nature of the design. Lest you think barrel harmonics are negligable, look at the inside of your M4's reciever where the barrel-tang is. It has worn the ano. off via vibration. I don't want that hitting the threads on that reciever, hence why I did not go with the SA rail. Maybe it doesn't matter, but the logic against it is sound. Anything that clamps to the barrel and is then bolted to the reciever is going to be hitting those threads with vibration.

The M4S90 does great, LAPD ordered a ton of them, the ONLY concern I have seen raised is the fact that breeching rounds won't cycle the action and that is the primary purpose of an entry shotgun, also, the long aluminum reviever can "supposedly" be bent and cause jamming if you slam it in a doorway or something, however, the USMC has not had this issue that I am aware of and I have never heard of an M4 doing this before, it is mainly something talked about with the M1's, but I don't know how their recievers differ. I might look at one sometime and see if the M4 is considerably better. Either way, not somehting I would worry with. I sold my last M4 to a cop and bought a collapsible stock from a cop who is on the SWAT team in Jersey. He loves his M4's. Just buy it. You won't regret.

I am not from Michigan, sorry.

Try IC and MOD.

I want one. Anyone care to part with theirs for a price?

If someone refuses to speak on the phone and the purchase or sale is over $500, it is usually a deal-breaker for me. For people I deal with often, I will usually cross-ship when items are $500 and less and often request they do the same with me. If I don't know the person, but they have been a board member somewhere for a while, I still sometimes request cross-shipping on $200 or less items just because I am impatient. Of course I entertain a phone-call or character vouching or whatever they want to make themselves feel comfortable with this arrangement. I am GREATLY hoping someone will cross-ship on an M4S90 PG OEM non-collapsible stock with me. I want it before my 1-week break is over!

Meh, as to buying/selling, I demand references, and I provide them. I have sold thousands of dollars worth of stuff and have feedback listed to prove my upstanding business practices. I can even provide people who have bought from me before as evidence of my practices after first checking with them to see if they don't mind the phone-call. The trick was getting started when I had NO basis for someone to trust me on. I started by selling little stuff. Flashlights, a stock, ammo, stuff like that. I built my feedback selling ammo during the ammo crunch and then began selling firearms, etc. worth thousands of dollars. My rep only went up. If I am unsure about someone, I request a phone number and speak with them. That usually tells me what I need to know.
