no, i do believe it has been fired. and im not sure if it comes with a cs or not. but the fact its a limited edition with only 2500 ever made makes it a good buy more so than the plain ole m4 that a gazillion were made. but in the end, they both fire just the same!!:Dif i were looking to buy it locally there, id offer 1900$ which would be more than fair considering they are not flying off the shelves.

right now in this economy where guns are not as costly as they were say 2 yrs ago, id say he'd be lucky to get 1900-2100$ for it. cause if he wants to hold out for more $$, he'll be holding on to it for a while. he'd be better off putting a 75$ pg on it and sell it for a 1400$ buy-it-now on G.B and the c-stock for a 600$ buy-it-now and they will most likely sell quickly. but heck, what do i know??

and just to add, you can p/u an m4 for about $1400 shipped, and the c-stock for 6-700$. which still doesnt equal $2400. i'd like to see you get as much for it as you can, but one's gotta be real about it.

i doubt the DMW 2 rd ext tube has a design flaw. he makes pretty good stuff and stands behind his product. but to be safe check to see if there is some kind of burr hanging up the spring or something. and then also check with different ammo.

Yeah, but mine is a limited edition new in box and rare having never been fired!! yours isnt and has been used and abused!! yours has depreciated dramatically due to some idiot went and fired it!! thats like taking an expensive rare stamp, licking it, applying it to an envelope and mailing it!! Funny post!! but i dont do .22 calibers and thanks for thinkin bout me. I only like 12ga, .308, 5.56 and .45acp calibers. that being said, im sure M will want that .22 lil girl gun!! besides as kittenluver said, that thing IS ugly.
