who proposed to them that operators are trying to mount their micro as far forward as possible? maybe someone from sidearmor or another competitor? why not add a magnifier, so you can see your micro? i'm really no pro at all, but that just seems wrong to me.

hi guys. i'm just curious, does anyone know the temperature range for the M4 to function properly? i mean will it work in alaska as well as in the desert? or will it freeze up? couldn't find anything on the web, so i came here

good, so it works with the M4. can one order a certain restriction when buying that choke? and what restriction would you guys advise, for HD mainly? improved modified?

i would like to hear some opinions too. but i guess: red dot: aimpoint, with american defense mounts hologram: eotech, also with american defense tac light/laser: no idea really, does anyone know what the military uses?

did you guys hear that sidearmor plans to produce another shell holder that attaches to the sidearmor rail system? so you can mount 2 shell holders on your rail!

strangerdanger said he never had any problems with his Larue T-1 and the sidearmor, as he tightens it just right sorry to come back to KAC Unobtanium, but what did you mean when you said KAC was an unknown of 200$? if their mount was more suited for the sidearmor/OEM rail, i would gladly spend 80$ more!

i sent him a pm about it. btw, on your first pic, is the sidearmor rail a side rail, or the top rail? just asking because the holes for the screws don't seem to be in the right place for the top rail...

so you think i could even use a Larue with the sidearmor, without damaging neither mount nor rail?

what do you mean by "KAC is an unknown"? you never tested it?

what about flashlight mounts, will they cause problems as well, or are they lighter and not affected by the faulty rail design? (nothing against sidearmor here, but why can't they just make in spec rails?)

lol i got it. which mount would you recommend for someone who doesn't want his sidearmor rail or mount ruined from normal usage? i read the thread about the not-full-spec picatinny rail, so Larue isn't the way to go i guess. how about KAC, ADM, or GG&G?

i would go with kip as well, but i really want a rail system, and sidearmor seems to be the only one providing it. any thoughts on the knights armament mount for the t-1?

i think i'll get the ADM mount for the micro, seems the most suitable for the sidearmor rail with the channeled stubs.

hey guys, the only thing the micro t-1 is lacking is flip-up covers, to protect that little baby! i have seen GG&G's mount for the t-1 with integrated covers, it really looks awesome, but i think it is too high for the m4. any other suggestions?

a non-rotating, titanium, large charging handle would be awesome! btw does kip ship to europe? he didn't respond to my email, probably because his website isn't fully functional yet.

as i planned to purchase the sidearmor anyway, i would be using it for mounting as well is guess. i know i probably never gonna use the laser of the light/laser combo, just like the thought of having both in one piece. what do you guys think of laser devices inc?

who produces the most reliable, so to say best weaponlights in your opinion? quite a lot of companies to choose from!
