  1. Thanks for the replies, however, I am looking for a rear sight blade for the rifle sights, not a insert for the GRS. I saw a ring mounted into the rear rifle sight on a M1. Finding the GRS replacements are easy. This was (I was at least told) a factory Benelli ring for the rear sight blade. Thanks- Drew
  2. I saw a rear blade sight on an M1 at my local store for the rifle sights. However, it was different because it was an acutal ring, not just a notch. It made the rifle sights into a poor mans ghost ring setup. Employee (very knowlegable) said it was factory installed.
  3. Huh, I haven't called, but I have used the email on the www site. But they always refer me to contact a dealer for parts. I will call tomorrow, thanks! Drew
  4. I tried to contact the Benelli rep for Colorado/Denver area through my local store, they are a Benelli dealer. Nothing, nada, zip... for a week- they can't get a hold of him. I called a few other dealers in the area they said the same thing. So, is there a dealer/rep you know that can get parts for the little guy. Odd's and ends... nothing major, but from/through Benelli. Thanks- Drew
  5. For that price I will hang onto both.
  6. Silly question, but will this new hybrid bolt handle be able to be istalled on a M1? EDIT: 'Cause dang its a good looking piece!
  7. Thanks Benelli wants like $150 if you can actually track down a dealer. Drew
  8. I won the Ebay stock for $41 bucks. That'll work I hate giving Ebay any gun $$$ but sometimes they are the only place that's got what I need.
  9. +1 for the Nordic extension. Sometimes you can just feel the quality when you just handle a product... the Nordic gives me that vibe. Great fit and finish. Makes me feel like I am adding a suppressor everytime I screw it on!
  10. I'd have to say you are on track (but I am no pro ) I can't think of any other reason it would string out up and down. I have even seen the highly reguarded VanComp's only spread up and down.
  11. Yes, that rebate is quite tempting!
  12. Been watching that one, thanks.
  13. My local store today had an interesting M1 Super 90 with a small ghost ring mounted in the blade slot on the rear rifle sight. Does anyone know if you can still get one? I found this over at Brownells, but it makes me think it is for the rear GRS that came mounted to the gun, verses just the rear sight blade. http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=6314/Product/GRS_APERTURE__PRE_1997 Anyone know? thanks!
  14. I haven't heard of Paladin Arms... they must have moved on. It is a great place to live for sure!
  15. I am working on a one off carbon fiber pad for my M1 super 90. I plan to drill and tap the factory "button" and install a Carbon Fiber pad, and pin to keep it from rotating. We will see how it goes.
  16. Thank you Hookster, that'll do.
  17. No major scraches or dings, just normal wear and tear from being used (but not abused). Here's a few pics. Rubber is in good/great condition, the polymer is more great/excellent condition. I'd give it a solid 8.5 out of 10 if not more. Thanks
  18. Thanks Man! Still trying to track down just a few more.
  19. Anyone? I'd be up for swapping a pistol grip stock for the regular stock if someone wants to try something new.

    Nova

Hey bud, great gun! And congrats on Graduating! Did you get a Nova or SuperNova? If you got the regular Nova, you cannot put a pistol grip on it. If you have the SuperNova it does have a removable stock. You can nab one off Gunbroker, or contact your local Benelli Dealer. The Nova's are easy to recognize as the reciever and the buttstock have no "joint" between them. They are one solid piece. Hope that helps. Drew
  21. Thanks Hookster, I read that post during my initial search and it provided a lot of great info. I disassembled my recoil assembly tonight and it wasn't as bad as I thought. There is a good bit of surface rust on the spring but nothing that looked like it would impeed the springs operation. However, I did notice the last 3" of the spring was much more compressed than the other section. The compressed section was near the nut that I heated to get off. Not only was it compressed but it was bent at about a 20* angle from the rest of the spring. I am wondering if I boogered it up when I heated the nut? I am still curious if anyone has run the lighter weight spring just for target loads? Thanks in advance- I am learning a ton here... thanks!
  22. Is anyone running the reduced power spring for field/target loads? I would like to try one to see if I can shoot the 100's of cheap rounds I have laying around. Drew
