  1. Gents, Looking to purchase a FFT M4 Trigger. FFT is back ordered until late Summer. I need the trigger to facilitate a build project with Stranger Danger. Stay safe.
  2. Mr. VV You need to re-post your request in English to get the response you are looking for.
  3. SOLD Pending Funds to RememberSic
  4. I have a NIB Surefire M80 rail. The rail has not been installed on my M4. My Email is [email protected]. Please shoot me a message. Stay safe!
  5. I have what you need. Brand new never been mounted. Email coming your way.
  6. I'll take it. This is one of the items I need for the project I have going with Stranger Danger.
  7. Super 33, I researched the NFA process on the ATF website. I downloaded the applicable handbooks etc. I ordered the applicable ATF NFA forms for no charge. I also called and spoke with a ATF NFA specialist who answered additional questions. There are multiple blogs that speak to the NFA process. I went with the NFA trust to avoid the hassle of having to get LEO approval and finger prints. There are several NFA gun lawyers that will prepare the trust for you, however after doing the research, I decided that I could create the trust without a lawyers assistance.
  8. Super 33 what specific info are you looking for? I downloaded all the info that I needed from the ATF site. I also ordered all the specific forms needed from the ATF. I also gave them a call and spoke with an NFA ATF specialist to address some questions that I had before submitting my Form 1 and NFA trust. If I can help let me know.
  9. Gents!! Well I finally received my BATFE Tax stamp today for my M4 SBS. Sent ATF Form 1 on 09/11/11. ATF received Form 1 on 09/14/11. ATF cashed check on 09/23/11. Form 1 status pending on 09/30/11. Form 1 approved on 03/21/12. Form 1 mailed on 03/22/12. Form 1 received on 03/28/12. I used Quicken Willmaker Premium 2011 to prepare the trust. I tailored the trust language to marry up with specific ATF requirements as it is addressed in the NFA Handbook, i.e., as it applies to the ATF Form 1, ATF Form 5320.20, and ATF Form 5. The other paragraphs of the trust were state specific requirements. My reasoning for inserting a specific numbered paragraph relative to the ATF NFA requirements was to ensure the ATF NFA approval process was identified for the Form1, "Application to make and register a firearm", the ATF 5320.20 "Application to transport interstate or to temporarily export certain national firearms act firearms", and ATF Form 5, "Application for tax exempt transfer and registration of firearm". The aforementioned specific ATF NFA requirements in my opinion would assure the ATF review specialist that all ATF NFA bases were covered in the trust, and that any beneficiaries upon reading the trust would understand the responsibility of following said ATF NFA requirements. For those who are contemplating Form 1 or Form 4 approval the waiting time is now six months. During my approval window timeline the wait increased from four to six months. The ATF has had personnel retire without back-filling the positions. With all of the applications that they have now it will only get worse. FUBAR
  10. Be advised Brownells, http://www.brownells.com, has the MESA Urbino Tactical Stock on sale for $149.99. reduced from $169.99. Black only, with 3 position Cheek Riser, and Limbsaver Buttpad. The ad indicates it for a limited time only.

"Only the Best Firearms" http://www.onlythebestfirearms.com/m4entry.html (954) 545-1321,is listing a complete M4 Entry/CQB 11724 for $2495.00. They require a $500 deposit. So for $2495.00 + shipping = $25.00 + FFL transfer = $25.00 + Tax stamp = $200 + Pass Port Photo = $8.00 + Certified mail to BATFE = $7.00 + if you go the Gun-Trust process versus individual application = $$$??? Then of course adding all the mandatory modifications = $$$??? So the question is purchase a NIB M4 Entry/CQB 11724, or purchase a NIB M4 14" barrel? Or just be happy with your M4 11707 that is tricked out to the max, and no NFA/BATFE "Bravo Sierra" to deal with.
  12. I recently purchased the M80 from http://www.doubleactionsales.com (877)-325-2286. The price was $194.00 w/free shipping. This is the best price I was able to find online. Everybody is charging $230.00
  13. Yes you can download them into pdf format. However I preferred to get hard copy with both sides of the various forms in tact to eliminate any double sided copying. In addition the FBI-258LE Finger Print Card is a heavier weight paper stock I assume to absorb the ink. As everything has to be submitted in duplicate might as well get it from the source. By the way you can order as many forms as you need. No I haven't jumped on a barrel yet. Somebody made the leap on one of HKp2000's listed on Gunbroker.com for $998.00 + $12.00 for shipping. That was a price drop from the initial listing of $1075 w/shipping.

Be advised HKp2000 sold the first of the two barrels listed on Gunbroker.com. The price was $998.00 + $12.00 for shipping if anyone's interested.
  15. I placed an online order for the required NFA-ATF forms on 04-11-11, and received same on 04-15-11. They were sent USPS Priority Mail. The order was processed at the ATF Distribution Center in Springfield VA. I was surprised they processed the order with no delay and used Priority Mail. ATF-F5320.1 ATF-F5320.4 ATF-F5320.20 ATF-F5330.20 FBI-258LE ATF-F5630.7 http://www.atf.gov/forms/dcof/formlist.htm
  16. John600RR, You can find an ample supply at the following site: http://sgcusa.com
  17. Monkey has articulated the NFA-BATFE registration requirements and penalties associated with this issue. At this point we're just pissing in the wind as it is what it is. However from a practical stand point for the average law abiding gun owner, and those of us with a Concealed Weapon or Firearm License the chances of an LE searching your home for a NFA violation are almost nonexistent. For the sake of discussion, we purchase a 14 inch barrel from H&Kp2000 while he has them available. Upon receipt we lock the barrel in the safe along with our other guns. We then make application as an individual or go the NFA Gun Trust route. The 14 inch barrel remains in the safe until you receive the stamped BATFE approval. Are we breaking the law yes, however unless you are stupid enough to advertise the fact that you are in possession of a non approved NFA barrel the chances of LE involvement is not going to happen. I would be more concerned after approval is granted that my newly configured M4 SBS is involved in the protection of my person or family from a home invasion. You mow down the bad guys and survive. Law enforcement takes your M4 SBS as evidence. Depending on the situation could be weeks, months, or longer before it is returned to you. The attorney's and the media distort the facts that you were using a weapon of mass destruction to defend yourself and family. Yeah I know it's approved but the liberal pukes will still have a field day. Do we need a Benelli M4 14 inch SBS probably not unless we are heavily involved in CQB. Do they elevate the coolness factor you bet. Are they worth $1000+ depends on your individual price point.
  18. KB FAB, Are the Benelli OEM washers eliminated with the SA rail install? Did you use blue loctite for the install? Any torque values?
  19. I purchased the Side Armor setup from dprichard. Item was as previously stated with no surprises. Excellent communication and fast shipping.
  20. I spent a couple of hours last night reading thru all the posts on "guntrustlawer.com" and additional posts on "ar15.com" where he also answers NFA questions. On ar15.com he was asked as to the fee to set up a NFA Gun Trust. His reply was $600.00. He went into all of the advantages of establishing a gun trust versus submitting a Form 1 or Form 4 as applicable without the trust. The gun trust allows you to avoid the 'CLEO" approval if that is a road block in your locality. Both sites are quite informative relative to SBR and SBS guidelines and approval. Clearly getting ATF approval for a Benelli M4 14 inch barrel beyond the initial cost of the barrel;+ tax stamp;+ NFA Gun Trust; if you go that route, is a killer if you only intend to purchase one SBS barrel. Is it worth it for the 14 inch Benelli I don't know, I'm trying to convince myself as we speak.
  21. Are they only available for sale on gunbroker.com? I remember reading a separate post wherein you indicated they were $1025.00 including shipping that did not reference the gunbroker listing. I don't have pm or email access as yet. If you could reply to my email address it would be appreciated.
  22. New to the forum so I can't PM or e-mail. I have some specific questions for you on the Side Armor Short Rail & Side Saddle you purchased from KFAB. If you could e-mail me with contact info I would appreciate it. Thanks.
