  1. Any other changes on the newer M4's besides the handguard, front sling attachment point, and fiber optic front sight? Any mechanical/operational changes or upgrades? THX
  2. Oh no Sir, I'm retired now but I did the boneheaded thing and became a DoD military contractor on an Army base here in GA. I have my worries about today's military...
  3. Thank you Sir for your service and sacrifice. I joined in '98, and things have changed so much between then and now. Especially in regards to Rules of Engagement with a shotgun against enemy combatants outside of a declared time of war. We had certain "deliberate" actions we had to take with a shotgun due to international "opinions" and such...
  4. Sure enough, IF the Det Commander let's you go. During my tour in Panama City, there was a lot of civil unrest locally and the State Dept "highly frowned" upon U.S. personnel from venturing out too much (yeah, right). Although it wasn't recommended we go fishing or on most tours, some U.S. Representatives came down on a "Diplomatic Mission" but spent most of their time catching a lot of Peacock Bass. That was the only time I personally got the chance to go, as I was "at work" with the DoS & PSD escort detail.😁
  5. For my Marine Security Guard assignments to the U.S. Consulate (Embassy now) in Panama City and the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, we had our M1014's (M4's) equipped with the stock Benelli split handguards. They were set up that way for a reason and they worked 100% without fail, as Benelli had intended. The stock handguards may not be "high speed" or have lots of accessory mounting options, but they are actually the best thing for the M4 especially if it can protect the Agro dual piston gas system in both Central America and the Middle East. My detachments were not always indoors with the rest of the State Dept personnel and Contracted Security crews, as we routinely trained with national & local forces (and even other countries' forces) in their varied environments with our issued gear. Our M1014's handled everything like a champ, even when we had a couple of actual incursions by militants and insurgents. For OIF and OEF (& to some extent, OIR), the M1014/M4's stock handguards took on and survived some of the harshest operating conditions and environments and still performed outstandingly well in protecting the dual pistons. Although I was equipped with my M240B, we saw "teams" with their Benelli's looking like they've been through literal #ell but they were still "taking out the trash" with them. As MSG, the only thing we couldn't do with our '1014's was modify the stock set up and functionality of them, lest we'd potentially cause an international incident. That should tell us all something about the stock handguards, as they just simply work and do their designed job. And that's to provide us Marines a perfect ergonomic place to grip to shotgun while we buttstroke the enemy in the teeth... (per DoS, DoD, and RoE regs, of course) (sorry about the wall of text and rant) I'm currently using the Agency Arms handguard on my M4, as it is a backup HD shotgun that needed a WML and a foregrip for my Dad. I can see myself with another M4 very soon as a "slick" SBS w/ stock split handguard & stippling.
  6. No, it's gone my Friend. Sold it rather quickly, but thanks for asking & looking.
  7. Working on tracking down some better still pics of these on M3's and M4's, and I guess these new sling swivels may coincide with the new forend for the M4/M1014. MNY THX for the help.
  8. Greetings Shooters, hope all are doing well. Got a quick question for the masses in regards to late model M3 and M4 Tactical shotguns... I have seen quite a few 2022 (& possibly 2023) M3 LE and M4 Tactical shotguns with what looks like a new-style Benelli OEM Sling Swivel that has a single Quick Disconnect (QD) point on it. Does anyone know what the "new" part numbers are, and if they're capable of being purchased separately? There are some YouTube videos that show this on newer M3 LE models: Benelli IT M4 pg 5.pdf
  9. Sold. Many thanks to all for looking. Until next time, stay safe!
  10. Extra pics... I'm adding an authentic and fully functional $250 Holosun HS503CU Multi Reticle Red Dot to this Benelli SuperNova 12ga bundle deal. This is the red dot that I initially had mounted on the SuperNova when I purchased it but they both never received any "love" from me as it waited behind my other shotguns. Features are 1x 20mm Lens, Red 65 MOA Circle with 2 MOA Dot, Low Profile and Lower 1/3 Co-Witness (not pictured) Mounts, Installed CR2032 Battery, and all accessories (minus original box). Everything will ship securely together with your purchase but if there's any questions or concerns, please let me know. Thanks for looking!

Link: https://www.tenpointgear.com/product-page/paracord-gun-sling-black *Special Note: Due to this particular Benelli SuperNova Tactical 12ga Shotgun being originally a Law Enforcement (LE) model, I can not and will not sell it with the original telescoping pistol grip stock due to it's potential sale to Non-Law Enforcement personnel. This is why I have replaced it with the Mesa Tactical pistol grip stock and it's 12 1/2" LoP. I apologize for this situation, and I thank you for your understanding of my considerations for this sale. My asking price for everything listed above is only $850, to include UPS shipping from my FFL here in GA ("Shooter's Indoor Range", Augusta, GA 30909) to your FFL anywhere in the U.S. where you are allowed to legally own a 7+1 shot 12ga shotgun (PLEASE check your state & local regulations; NO overseas). Everything listed will securely ship together with your purchase but the accessories may need to be removed depending on the size of the shipping box. Methods of payment are PayPal (F&F), U.S. Money Order, or certified bank draft/cashier's check (no trades or separate item requests please). Let me know if there are any questions or concerns, as I can be reached via PM or in this posting. Many more pictures are available and more pictures can be posted as requested, so please let me know what I can do to assure you are confident in your purchase. Thanks for looking, and stay safe out there.
  12. Whoa... (!) Now I'm curious and I've gotta check mine out just so I can sleep well tonight...?
  13. Current set-up of my M4, 1301, and STF/12 (the M3 is still under going it's "work")...
  14. Found my answer and resolved the issue. Thanks!
  15. I've got a Benelli SuperNova Tactical w/ Telescoping/Collapsible (# 20159) but I need to install the Mesa Tactical Urbino Pistol Grip Stock (SKU # 92440) on it. Can this be done and how, as the recoil tube on the S.Nova is not the same as the standard stock depicted in the instructions of the M.Tactical PG? Has anyone successfully made the swap, and what "mods" had to be done? Many thanks in advance!
  16. "SONIC BOOM", Perfect! Many thanks for the T.Rex mount referral. (BTW, this forum & it's members are AWESOME)??
  17. What the s#it...! I just realized that "chris1280" has an SBS, which is why I was thinking the M.Ind rail would make my mounted light flush with the muzzle. With my regular length barrel, I wouldn't have enough clearance for the light not to throw a shadow. Damn... I'm sticking with current rig for now. Thanks "Unobtanium" for the sanity check and the links.
  18. Good to go. I'll "pull the trigger" on it by placing an order for one this week. We'll see how it turns out first hand, so fingers crossed. I'm gonna be seriously bummed out if I tracked down an Agency Arms rail (finally) and an IWC Scout mount that are both installed on my M4 for nothing. My struggle: a) keep current set up A.Arms rail w/ light and IWC mount w/ sling that casts a shadow VS. b) purchase and install M.Industries rail to mount light and sling on that will mitigate shadow casting
  19. OK, thanks for the info. It would be great to know how sturdy it would be without them, because the overall length of this rail would help with light mounting/shadow casting. It would have to be as solid as the Agency Arms or Briley rail for me to get onboard with it if I were to switch over (w/o set screws).
  20. Quick question... Are there any other light mounting options for the M4 that will place the light closer to or flush with the muzzle? I've only seen this new M.I. M4 MLOK Rail, but nothing else. I'm currently running an Agency Arms Rail to mount the light but the casted shadow is not cool. My I.W.C. Scout Mount casts similar. The M.I. rail looks VERY nice, but the brass set screws are a detractor... Thanks!
  21. Sold. Many thanks to all for looking. Stay safe (& cool) out there!
  22. Bump... One (1) new FREE battery is now included with the (1) Crimson Trace Red Laser Sight and (1) Magpul 3-slot M-LOK Aluminum section that are still available. Thanks for looking!
  23. Sold. (Sorry, late update) Thanks to all for looking. Have a good one!
  24. One more quick question... How do I remove the original stock tube from the M3 receiver for the installation of the 61364 tube? Simple thread off using a vice, or is something else required? Many Thanks!
