bsjohnson55
I just bought a Benelli supernova and am really only planning on shooting slugs out of it for deer hunting. I was just wondering what type of choke to use for this and if any of the chokes that came with the gun would work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. You will have to try different slugs to see which one shoots the best.

Plowjockey
Benelli recommends using the "cylinder" choke, with rifled slugs, but of course, does not include one with the Supernova. It's basically a straight-through choke tube. I too am using the included IC choke, with slugs in my new Supernova, this season. Agree with Novaking, that the IC will work fine with slugs. tyson129
Your IC will work Great. If you want more in depth information and test we have been discussing the SuperNova and slugs in this Thread for some time: http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19754 Good Luck and Happy Hunting!
