SC-Texas
Has anyone ever milled additional positions for the single position stock into the single position recoil tube on a Benelli 1014? I read somewhere that 1014 had done so. I also read that you cannot remove the recoil tube frome the receiver housing due to the loc-tite that is used in the assembly process. Any truth to this rumor? On another note, I am looking for a magazine extension tube for this shotgun also.
texas skeeter
#1 yes you can remove the recoil tube from your m4. its tricky w/out marring/scratching the tube. you need to heat it near the threads and use a vice w/ something wrapped around the receiver and your tube to get it off. its on there pretty tight. #2 mag tubes are for sale all day long on GUNBROKER.COM GOOD LUCK
Hookster
Hi SC Post #2 in this thread has instructions for removing the recoil tube: http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9475 For a mag extension, just get THE full length tube from CarrierComp. You won't be sorry. Hookster
