BlackDogs3 Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 My wife has a 20 ga 870 WingMaster for home defense and varmint control. Any suggestions on what load to use for bobcats? One was looking in the front door side window this week. Her dog Cody barked at it and it left. Unfortunately, the bobcat was about the size of Cody (45 lb range). In the future, we either want to warn it off without too much damage or kill it if necessary. Load suggestions for both situations would be appreciated. Suggestions for snakes would be appreciated also. Quote

IF you could get it close enough, anything would kill it if you put the pellets in the right place. but 6 shot would be gambling at any range. Quote
