mlschiestel
I was wondering if anyone would like to share their wild turkey breast recipe???
tucker301
Cut into small strips, batter and fry. Or you can cook them in a manner similar to a store bought bird. Make a flavorful rub with herbs and spices of your choosing. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, etc. and cook in a brown-in-bag in the oven. HH
I like to take the breast and marinate with some kind of Orange Juice (any marinade will work) then, pan sear in a skillet with some olive oil and a little butter. salt n peppa then finish in the oven. usually pretty hot 450-
mpage24355
Cut turkey breast into 1 - 2 inch pieces Soak in buttermilk overnight Combine flour, salt, and pepper together Take turkey out of buttermilk and cover with flour mixture Heat cast iron skillet with oil and fry until golden brown. That's how grandma does it and it is good stuff.
