hsnmz Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 can I dry fire my M2 or will it be harmful for the gun. Quote
Bello Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 to be safe in any gun i recommend snap caps i even snap cap my glocks which are sposed to be dry fire guns Quote
jonesbb630 Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Should be no problem just to release firing pin spring before storage which I always do. I never store any of my guns without dry firing first. If you plan on doing more than that, snap caps are always recommended. Quote
hsnmz Posted December 24, 2011 Author Posted December 24, 2011 I want to work on my trigger control and want to get more used to handling the gun. I want to get thses for both my M2 and CZ 75D PCR 9mm handgun. any online stores selling these? Quote
BeermanJoel Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Brownell's, Cheaper Than Dirt, Gander Mountain all sell snap caps Quote
echo4 Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 I have dry fired my M2 for years, anytime let the bolt go home on an empty chamber, even though I am sure it is unloaded I always dry fire the weapon in a safe direction. Quote
