kendal
Wanted to share my new friend with you all. What do you think? It was between this or a M1014 with US flag. stevenb
Pretty easy to get the stock off. Dissassemble the weapon. Take the bolt out. Pop the pin on the right side of the weapon that holds the trigger assembly in place out. This pin is self captive, so it will not fall out of the left side. Push the bolt release while pulling the trigger assembly downward. A little wiggling and it will slide out. Then, the stock simply unscrews from the receiver. -Steve
ipguy
You unscrew it!!! Don't attempt to remove the plate on the inside of the stock. Just remove the butt pad, loosen the puppy up and unscrew it.

stevenb
The new stuff from Hornady, the TAP stuff looks very promising. How much for the 11707, and where did you get it? -Steve

ipguy
Yep, the LE133's are great. For competition, if you're shooting slugs, they make a corresponding low-recoil tactical slug as well. Perfect feeding and shooting through my M4.

sonny27
Kendal, Thanks for the info, I just got off the phone with a dealer in the Woodlands area. I purchased the 11707 they had. It comes with both stocks.
kendal
Sonny27 Congrats and welcome to the club. I am glad you tracked one down. Be sure and send us some pics when you get it. Best of all you did not have to pay local tax. If I find any around I will let you guys know. Kendal
sonny27
Kendal, Thanks for the congrats. That's correct I didn't pay any tax. The salesman told me it has both stocks and a forehand grip. I asked him if it was a mag extension, he said he thinks so. For everything I paid $1399.87. Sonny
