Yes, very nice. No more "dime store space gun look". I'm glad you liked the "un"-limiter. Thanks for posting the pix.

Would you mind posting a few more of the armor black cerakoted barrel...trying to decide on finishes and from that pic it looks like an excellent match to the original finish

Controlled Chaos does good work and is reasonably fast. Most of my orders took about 3 weeks door to door. They so custom PITA stuff too like these handguards:

My barrel/receiver was done in Burnt Bronze Cerakote by another company, WMD Guns. The match is identical between the two coaters.

Great job Tango Two, looks much better.

Would you mind sharing a few more picks of your barrel (that sounds dirty....) Hehe, trying to decide if/what color to cerakote mine.

Will do. The factory barrel does not match any existing Cerakote colors, BTW.

Sufficient?

The armor black has a nice matte finish to it.

It's Cerakote H-190+ ? + limited hardener. The first application had a semi-gloss finish which was completely refinished with what you see.

Do emphasize the matte finish to your applicator.

For the SOCOMguy FL tubes we use "diamondkote" matte black. It's a perfect match for all the black parts of the M4. And yes, which ever coater you may use for refinishing be sure to specify the "matte" finish.
