I sent one of my old SBE's back to the factory at the end of January to get a new ejector and spring replaced. This gun is close to 15 years old and has been shot a bunch. I got a card from Benelli 10 days ago, letting me know that it was next on the bench. UPS brought it to my door yesrerday, with all new parts to replace the broken ones. They had also stripped and cleaned it from end to end. When I sent it to them, I shipped it in an old cardboard box that it came in. It was returned to me in a brand new Benelli hard carry case. They even cleaned the inside of the barrel - I never even do that. Oh yeah... All for no charge. Just wanted to give credit where it was due." Quote
