It was only a matter of time. I knew they would eventually do that and Im suprised they didnt do it earlier. Look at how they treat the M4.

Law enforcement doesn't have a bigger fan than me, but really.

Has anyone ever seen a News item showing the cache of firearms the bad guys got caught with.....including and M4 or Beretta 1301 ?........never happens. 

Has anyone seen a legitimate after action report citing the M4 / 1301 2-shot magazine upsize capacity be responsible for any criminal activity success ?.......the bad guy missed with the first 5 rounds, but that 6th & 7th round took the good guys out of the fight? 

Leader board says........criminal Fentanyl 55,000 dead last year;  super-sized magazine Benelli M4 / 1301 ??  Zero.
