southpawshooter
2 questions - 1) Does the Benelli recoil reducer fit into the wood stock as the stock comes? Can it be installed without a gunsmith or, is there some modifications or drilling? 2) I read somewhere that a shop has discontinued selling SBE's with walnut forends due to cracking. Anyone have experience, good or bad? Thanks

Benelli Southpaw
I don't know about the walnut stock, but i do know that if you have a left handed SBE, you can't get a walnut stock "from benelli" anyway, you can get a knock off and that is it. tcrix
I have been shooting my walnut stock for several years w/no problem. One of my hunting friends has had to replace his walnut stock. I just bought a new Browning Gold fusion and had to send it back to Browning after the first hunt because of a broken stock at the reciever.
