You can see enough of what i did to it though. I disassembled the gun myself and got the plugs out without a manual. I honestly thought i wouldn't be able to, but it was so easy to do, Even Novaking could do it! Quote
Nikolai552 Posted August 28, 2008 Author Posted August 28, 2008 HA! Not hardly, about half hour or so. I know it probably doesn't take anyone else that long but that was my first time tearing that gun apart. -Would it make you feel better if i put Splash instead of Novaking? Quote
Nikolai552 Posted August 28, 2008 Author Posted August 28, 2008 what is the difference between a SuperNova and a Nova? Quote
NJgunner Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 Looks good...is that a red dot? what you gonna use it for Quote
Novaking Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 Novas afre one piece. Supernovas, you can change the stock and comb. Trigger guard is bigger to. Quote
Nikolai552 Posted August 29, 2008 Author Posted August 29, 2008 It is a Red Dot. It's going to assist me in harvesting White-tails and also be used for fun shooting (Safe, fun shooting). Quote
Nikolai552 Posted August 29, 2008 Author Posted August 29, 2008 Anything anyone thinks i should have done differently? Are there still other things i need to do? Quote
M2Slugger Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Good for you Nikolai552. Put the hurt on the big buck! Quote
ERdept Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Nice! When each of my guns is complete, sounds wierd, but I feel more complete as a person, probably just because goals are met. Mine has Surefire rail, Surfire X300 light, remote switch, Mesa side saddle, Nordic barrel clamp, SRM 2 shot extension, Titanium large charge handle on bolt, hard chromed both gas pistons. That goal can be anything, but I have made some of my important ones the completion of a gun, the way I want it. Good on you. http://www.cellblock.com:80/gallery/DouRITUMkNaIJPkJgzPE-2.jpg Quote
Nikolai552 Posted August 30, 2008 Author Posted August 30, 2008 I know what you mean by feeling "complete", it's just that good feeling of completing a goal. Great feeling isnt it? Quote
arizona98tj Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 I disassembled the gun myself and got the plugs out without a manual. DocGP Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Anything anyone thinks i should have done differently? Are there still other things i need to do? Yep!! You need to run about 1000 rounds through her!!! Have fun. Doc Quote
Nikolai552 Posted September 1, 2008 Author Posted September 1, 2008 1000!? I mainly use slugs and the occasional 00. 3 inch slugs kick like a frickin horse. Quote
Nikolai552 Posted September 2, 2008 Author Posted September 2, 2008 Talked to someone in the firearms department of a Cabela's and they said, if you have the extension on and then you switch back to the stock setup you WILL lose your zero... I was rather dissapointed when i heard this. Quote
