Hey guys. I’ve seen some M4’s around here with a vertical foregrip and I’m curious as to why? I have an M Lok rail and wouldn’t mind trying one if there were reasons I hadn’t thought of. Thanks!

I have been running the Magpul M Lok AFG on mine and I have it attached to the Briley 13" handguard and I love it. My wife finds it a little easier to use and she gets a better purchase on the weapon especially when she shoots the heavier loads. I didn't want to put a full vert grip because I didn't want too much stuff hanging off the end and making it an overall bigger weapon, but at this point, I don't think that matters lol. Try them out and see if you like them, maybe it might help you control and manipulate the weapon better, who knows, but doesn't hurt to give it a try, and if not then each their own. If you are better without then great, whatever makes you better at getting repeated shots on target.

Well, took her out yesterday and that busted off end of the screwdriver popped out within the first mag full of 00.

Magpul MS3 sling Scalarworks Sync/01 + RMR06 Surefire M312C MagPul RVG The host was a 11732 - I actually like the new stock and the new forearm. The forearm comes with three small rail pieces to which I’ve mounted a QD for the sling on the left side of the receiver, the RVG on the bottom, and the Surefire on the right. The MS3 is a *great* sling - makes it very easy to set up a braced position with the sling that provides tension when shooting. Nixed the crapped little front sling swivel as it just rattled a bit too much for me. The light is pretty nice - it’s a single cell Scout light with 500 lumens. I’m a flashlight geek, including having a dual IR/vis 1000 lumens light on a DMR setup and really like it, yet 500 lumens is just great for this shotgun. And while I don’t typically like Velcro on my gear, I’m using some awesome strong Velcro and cut it to side and put the pressure pad on the right side of the grip. This position allows me to grip the RVG and shoot comfortably without turning on the light. Tightening my fingers illuminates the light. There’s a little bit of a shadow with the entry barrel but not so much that it negates the purpose of the light. All in all, very pleased.

Start with taking the trigger group out of the receiver and check to see if the hammer is staying cocked, the disconnector is functioning properly, and the cartridge drop lever is rotating on the hammer pin correctly and has spring pressure to return to its down position when the hammer is cocked.

The M1 Super 90 is a very nice firearm, they were originally imported into the USA by H&K, before Benelli USA era of offerings. these will be stamped on the right hand of the reciever either Benelli USA or Heckler & Kock. The Super Black Eagle was also imported into the USA by H&K for the first few years of orgination. These will be clearly stamped as well, previuosly noted. The SBE in the first few years could be ordered in a high or low rib version, most of which were high rib. Outside of the nostalgia, there are very few differences in H&K versioned and USA versioned Benelli. Product developement and advancement changed and improved over the years which is sometimes mistaken for the time of importation. Low rib versions were often set up with the D Drop shim plate, more drop. The high rib versions were setup with the C Drop Shim Plate and C Drop Shim, less drop.
