our present day benellis won't gain any significant value till time and attrition take there toll,,an example of this is the WW-2 combat shotguns,,they cost a double mint now,,back in the 50s -60s and 70s you could have give them away.so go ahead and enjoy your weapon any way you want to.

I just successfully put a limb saver pad for a Benelli m1 on an M4 standard stock,,it took some hackin and whackin and a touch of linning up but its in and even and presentable,,,,limb savers are the way to go,,I got rid my recoil reducer for my m1 years ago. seeya,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ps. all my Benellis have limb savers,,the limb saver realy takes the bite out.

back in the day before tube availabilty,we machined the tube.

they have a non colapsible-tube presently on there weapon so they bought the colaspible kind from numrich for a swap out.

more time,more heat for the recoil tube,,,best way to support the M4 for the job is to support the recoil tube that is being removed,,this way you can crank down on the rear nut without fear of twisting the reciever when checking to see if the locktite has melted away yet.

3 notches means ita a modified choke,,able to handle slugs and buckshot,,,its the middle of the road choke,,,my M1014 comes with a fixed modified,,,seeya

welcome,,I own two M1s,lovem,,the m2s don't seem to have any real advantage over the M1s plus these days an individual can get a very decent M1 for a even more decent price,,,especially when box and papers come with the weapon,,that really shows the weapon has been tended too.as far as comort-tech goes and mag extensions ,,,just from casual visualization,,it appears that it will interchange models,,,good luck
