Should work fine on M3's as well and I like it too.

I have 1 LAW-12 Full Stock, 1 LAW-12 Folding Stock , 1 HK M3, 1 HK M3T and a sporterized M1014. I really like them all. The shot divertor, barrel extension, external chokes, and total folding capability not to mention the 10 shot capacity make me love those little Franchis

You need to take the tube off yours and replace your barrel with the latch sight type. You can get those from Cal's on special order.
