I was doing a little shopping in a local gun shop this weekend and found an old Mossberg 9200A1 "jungle gun" that looks in mint condition with a price tag of $350.00....good deal or no?? and it had the bead sight, if I bought the mossberg ghost rings like on their 590 model I'm wondering how hard it would be to put on a 9200?

okies here is what we got so far, M1014 with the Mepro M21 sight, put the sure cycle +2 extension with s.s. spring and U.S. follower, switched safety to the right side of the gun(left side~S) added the GG&G charging handle, and the Specter QCB3 tatical sling.....will post a pic or two as soon as i get them uploaded to a page

$48.00??....from what i seen was $59.00 , so should I leave the factory charging handle alone?....from the previous posts I can see there are some problems with the GG&G....or do we think for &30.00 more the lightweight titanium handle is the way to go?

I just got the same extension myself and had no problems at all, I went ahead and used the old spring, used the new follower but the spring retention cap was snug in the new tube~nodZ~

Blah!!!!!.....never take crap from the 870 owners~L of course you will hear things like that when they do not have one themselves. I also have the spec. edition M1014 I was a bit taken back by the cost of the weapon at first and tried to justify the purchase by makin sure I used the Benelli for every situation instead of my other shotguns, I even began deer hunting with my Benelli during the firearms season and now would use nothing else!..as far as ammo i guess it would be like any rifle you ever had, mine prefers the Federal slugs with the new "foster point" with this slug my Benelli will out shoot my brother's 1100 Rem. rifled barrel, big scope all shiney with premium wood furniture $15 dollar a box sabot slugs~S hands down and thats a fact. I'm not sayin 870's are a bad gun at all, shoot i had one when I was a kid too but when I grew up I got not only the fastest shotgun in the world but the badest!!!!!...~keep shootin~

called them this morning it is $175 for three holes, told them it would be on its way shortly, hope this fella does good work.....**** its like i'm sending one of my kids away or something~lol~

That's great stuff!!!!!.....right now I have the Mepro 21 sight, I just ordered the 2 shot extension from sure cycle, looks like i just found the sling that will be my next purchase but now I have more questions....the rail you have on the barrel will that fit with the sure cycle extension??.....and do you know anyone to mill the tube??, I sure wouldnt want to send that to just anyone
