  1. Mag Tubes back in stock this week! Thanks to all who have placed an order! Joe
  2. New batch of tubes is incoming! I'm due to get them back from my coating guy by the end of next week and then they'll be ready for immediate shipment. Thanks to all who have placed an order! Joe
  3. Short answer to this is "no". The tubes are coated with a heavy duty finish called diamondkote which has a texture like parkerizing but withstands salt water and other corrosive chemical abuse. The tube are dipped in a anti-rust coating before they are finished as well. I am have begun working on my new batch of tubes which will be completed within the next 2 weeks or sooner. So if you have placed and order or are thinking of placing and order do not worry as your wait time will be minimal. I will have plenty of tubes for sale with this next batch so everybody who orders will be sure to get thiers with this batch. Thanks all! Joe
  4. I am not sure how the tan finish holds up to a torch. My guess is that it doesn't. You should use the torch or heat gun on the tube anyway so touching the receiver would not be an issue. As far as paypal goes, I used to do it BUT I have now taken a firm stance on not using paypal. Ebay and Paypal are anti-gun and anti-second amendment companies and I refuse to give them any money. Especially now that the democrats have a clear road to a new gun ban next year is another reason why we should not support ANY business that is anti-gun.
  5. I do not have any pics of the desert tan tube on a desert camo gun. Since I do not own one, a few members had posted pics on my old for sale thread and it was right on as far as color match. The old thread got deleted since it then had close to 100,000 views! The tan looks better than black but the black looks okay too since it matches the pistol grip of the gun. The black tubes run $195 and the tan tubes run a little bit more depending on a few variables. Black tubes are in stock now. Tan tubes require a special separate run but only take a couple weeks to get them done. Thanks all!
  6. Thanks to all who have placed an order. More currently in stock!
  7. The tan finish (the color that makes up 80% of the gun) is available and matches perfectly. Adding the actual camo pattern is something that can be done later but is something my finishing guy cannot do. Tubes are still in stock. Thanks
  8. Thanks for the feedback. I make the tube to fit perfectly into the receiver without gap. When the tube is tightened by hand past what you called the "binding point" you are actually tightening down on the rear handguard ring too. It's because of this that locktite is not necessary but does not hurt to add a small amount if you desire. Joe
  9. Thanks M3X2. Yes the finish does look awesome on the gun if I do say so myself. I have had many happy customers for sure! I have tubes in stock right now. Get yours for the fall season. Something about the fall and cooler air out makes me want to shoot more shotgun! Thanks!
  10. The standard finish is what my supplier for the finish calls Light Black. It looks parkerized but matches the receiver, handguards, and stock exactly. The reason I stopped the grey finish is because benelli color of park on the barrel keeps changing shades from light to meduim to dark. If you have two different colors of gray the gun looks bad. With the Light Black, the gun looks really nice as it matches more things. More tubes in stock! Joe
  11. Yeah there is definetly no way a hairdryer will get hot enough. A heat gun or torch is the way to go and has been mentioned on the forum many times. Everybody has a favorite way to do it. I grabbed the mag tube with a vise and then used the "club" anti-autotheft device's fork end to turn the receiver. It has rubber padded surfaces and the fork is almost the exact width of the receiver. You can use locktite but I personally did not use it. The tube threads into the receiver tight then is held in by the barrel and end cap. I left the locktite off so after a long shoot I could disassemble it all the way for a good cleaning. If you use locktite, use the blue stuff. If anybody has more question please e-mail them to me as I do not check the forum often enough to give you a prompt answer. Thanks, Joe
  12. Thank you Sir and thank you for your business. More tubes currently in stock! Joe
  13. I can get it done for you in either a milspec OD (darker greyish-green) or regular OD green. I don't have any made right now and it would have to be paid for in full before I would make a special trip. Most people get black or tan since benelli grey changes in shades every 4-5 months or so.

As I have said before. I sell the US Made full length tubes and I always recommend using the factory spring as that is what it was designed for. As long as the aftermarket follower you are using is the same exact shape and has same dimensions as the factory follower you should be fine. Also, when I manufacture my tubes, I keep a very specific tight tolerance on the receiver end of the tube so that it screws in and locks up tight to the receiver where the shells pop out. Some tubes I have seen including some factory 5 shot tubes leave a little gap between the end of the tube and the inside of the receiver, a big no-no.
  15. Yes Sir, Postal Money orders, Cashier's Check, or any other certified Money Orders as such. If none of the above works for a person in particular, if you are overseas on duty etc, I am always willing to work out something. Thanks, Joe
  16. Your factory spring should be more than adequate. Are you getting failure to feeds? You can cheat by giving your factory spring a healthy stretch to about 8"-10" longer than stock length and then you should defiently be okay. Benelli only made one mag spring for the M4 to be used with both 5 and 7 shot tubes. Anybody selling a factory 7 shot spring is only selling you what you already have or selling you an aftermarket tube spring from a remington or something like that.
  17. EDIT: NEW PRICE AS OF 10/21/09 $165 shipped EDIT: I am not socomguy on gunbroker.com. People on here are assuming that is me but I am in no way related. Also I do not do gunbroker sales at this time. EDIT: New users can email me at: [email protected] After making and selling these for almost 2 years and having hundreds of very satisfied customers, it is time to start a new sale thread after having 85,000 + forum hits and almost 500 posts. For those that do not know, my Full Length mag tubes for the M4/M1014 are made right here in Michigan and are a legal U.S. made part to install on the Benelli M4. My tubes are made of high grade one-piece 4130 aircraft grade steel and made to exact specifications to be gauranteed to fit and function perfectly. These tubes hold 7+1 2.75" shells and 6+1 3" shells as was originally designed for this shotgun. My tubes are stamped "U.S." to insure the status of a US made compliant part. Other tubes not bearing such a mark are not legal install under federal law 922R. The origins of other tubes offered are also suspect as some were made overseas in china and as well as not being U.S. compliant, the quality and materials are not up to standards. My tubes meet or exceed the standards for quality, fit, and finish. Over the past 2 years I have sold hundreds of these tubes and have not had ONE unhappy customer. The total price for a mag tube is $165 US Priority Mail shipping is standard and is included in the price. I can also do custom colors such as the desert tan finish M4 for a small fee. To contact me by e-mail: [email protected] To all of you forum users who have bought from me in the past thank you very much for your business and support! Thanks, Joe
  18. There are quite a few online companies that I have seen selling the M4 for $1400-$1500 and they have them in stock.
  19. Winchester Buckshot is good stuff.
  20. I was about to mention Specter Gear (formerly CQB Solutions). I use the CQB sling without QRB on all my AR-15's and my M4 Benelli. They are nice slings and made very well. The have a solid feel about them over other ones that I have tried.
