  1. No problem, I'm sure you'll find an alternative if need be. Good luck hunting.
  2. Nice Set Texas Skeeter. Nice set!
  3. NordicG3K, I haven't a clue. BTW, anyone know if you add a magazine extention & collapsible stock to the Supernova, does this fall into the 922r compliance issue? Just curious.
  4. I totally agree with you Rob72, personally, I like to let the owner of the weapon make the decision of using an alternate part or stick with the OEM part. That’s the “Disclaimer” And thanks for the warnings of synthetic oils, TCE or similar agents, some of us (speaking of myself here) seem to overlook, great reminder.
  5. What I meant by “We are almost there guys” becoming 922r compliant. Sorry for not making myself clear. Just pretty excited about this forearm / forend.
  6. "Without a doubt this product will not cost more than $50, despite the great expense and the amount of time it took us to complete the project" We are almost there guys:) http://freedomfightertactical.com/the-freedom-fighter-tactical-922r-compliant-forend-getting-closer/
  7. Here's a link...you never know when they come available. These are hard times. http://cgi.ebay.com/Benelli-Stock-/130447765675?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0
  8. Charlton, only good pic link is #598
  9. Bowhunter82, Congrats on the new replacement. If you would, let us know how long it takes to receive it. So far it sounds as though their Customer Service is Awesome! I’ve never dealt with them but have heard horror stories. It’s nice to hear positive feedback once in awhile.
  10. q775919, looks as though you’ll have a tough time finding that Part# M03, Cat #33045 O-ring available online. I would take the broken O-ring down to the Auto Parts store and match it up as close as possible and buy two or three. I would also call up Stoeger’s Service Dept 800-264-4962, and let them know that your upset with the failure of this part. They just might send you it for FREE. If not, purchase 2 or 3 of them, for I read on another forum that you need to change these out every 100 rounds. Hope this helps, this way you can still hunt while waiting on delivery of the OEM part.
  11. Thanks KB Fab, What I have coming are, two of Kips FL Ti Tubes & Followers and two FFT’s ½ “ Ti Charging Handles, waiting on Kips Hammer and the FFT forearm/forends to come available (as is everyone else). I am also debating whether to go for the Sidearmor’s Short Rail-6 and the GG&G’s Bolt Release Pads, then take the A$$ whipping from the wife when she finds out… as you see, every accessory is twice the cost. About that Larue mount, are you able to get that Prismatic any closer to your rear sights without it touching? I really like that quick disconnect option. Dang it! There’s another $160. Sorry Xamoel, I don’t mean to hi-jack your thread, but it’s nice to know we all have the same sickness….. Accessories!!!
  12. Here's a closer pic of how their mounted.
  13. Here we go, let's try it again
  14. KB Fab, here's pics of my babies! This is the first time I ever posted pics, we'll see if this works (cross fingers). Hum? Guess I have to create some type of folder/file. Be back, hopefully soon.
  15. Oh, well then, your set! Nice optics with 5000 hrs, sure don't think you'll need a backup.
  16. KB Fab, I do not have pictures of my Benelli M4's at present. I'll take some pics tomorrow (not a professional Photographer) and down load a picture of them. If I'm not mistaken, isn't that a Leupold Prismatic Tact on your M4? Sure looks like one. Your mount looks a little different. Of course mine are mounted lower and hovers just a little tighter above the rear sights.
  17. I know this doesn't answer your question, but might save you some money. Personally, I knew I would wouldn’t be happy with the Meprolight sights and would later end up purchasing a (both eyes open) quick acquisition type optics for my M4, so I passed on the Meprolight replacements and saved up for the Leupold Prismatic Tactical scope (Lifetime Warranty). It has etched reticles for daytime shooting and illumination settings for dawn or dusk shooting. Fits, Works & Looks nice! Some guys have the EoTech 552. http://www.opticsplanet.net/leupold-63300-1x14-tactical-prismatic-rifle-scope.html
  18. Purchase the Beanie and have the Benelli Patch sewn on. $3.00 http://www.benelliusa.com/store/Patches--Pins-and-Decals/Benelli---Sew-on-Patch-p28.html
  19. Match308, I personally would NOT dremel any part of the Shell Stop. Let say you dremel too much off, then when you proceed to lock your bolt back to eject a “00” buck round to throw in a Slug round, your Shell Stop will NOT stop the shells in your Magazine Tube. This will create a continuous feeding on to the Carrier. What I would check next is; place your M4 upside down, where you can look into the bottom of your receiver. Take your Charging Handle and charge your shotgun (UNLOADED). Then take your dummy round and proceed to feed your magazine tube. Watch closely to see if your Shell Stop is moving out of the way. If it doesn’t move, or is hard to move, it could be that there is something lodged behind the Shell Stop, not permitting it to maneuver out of the way. To do this, you’ll have to remove the Shell Stop or take an air compressor and blow behind the Shell Stop while you work it in and out. Some of the guys on this forum call it a “Bolt Release” for it also releases your bolt. The most I would do, if there isn’t particles behind the Shell Stop, is “Polish” (and maybe that’s what you meant by dremel) the area where the rim of your cartridge slides up and over the Shell Stop. But again, I would do this after you have checked to see if some metal shavings from the factory, or foreign part isn’t behind the Shell Stop. Or you could take your Shotgun back to see if your Firearm dealer to see if he will swap it out for another shotgun. Most likely they’ll ask you to call Benelli for warranty. Never hurts to try though. Maybe Benelli will just send you a new part (shell stop). I don’t know how well their customer service is, I never had to deal with them. Hope this helps, let us know how this project turns out, and Happy New Year!
  20. Match308, If I understand you correctly, it sounds like your talking about part #057J (The Shell Stop). If so, take a look at the Shell Stop Spring part #058J to see if it is seated correctly. Sounds to me like it is either broken or sitting horizontal. The tension of this spring keeps the Shell Stop depressed in and away so your able to feed the magazine properly.
  21. I know through all the excitment you missed the last paragraph (I had to read it twice also) it states... "The item currently pictured is a spec forend. The forend we offer will be virtually identical in texture and color as the factory forend." http://freedomfightertactical.com/products-page/forends-and-followers/the-freedom-fighter-tactical-922r-compliant-forearm-forend/
  22. No I didn't know, looks as though I'll be placing my order soon. At 10 grams for Ti, it weighs 2 grams less than the original Benelli part. Did you also see that FFT is manufacturing the Forearm/Forend compliant part, identical to the Benelli M4 ? (Made in USA printed on inside) I just sent them an email asking when they expect availability. Awesome! BTW, how the fit of the charging handle, nice & snugged or loose. Thanks again BigHat!
  23. No problem, thats what's nice about this forum. Glad I could help!
