Do you like your Benelli Super Black Eagle Mark 11?
adamlau replied to unclebuckpa's topic in Benelli
The closest thing to a Mark 2 designation Benelli offers is the M2, and that only chambers three-inch shells. Are you sure you are not referring to just the LH SBE2? -
Nothing in AZ Title 13, Chapter 31, Section 1 indicates that you cannot. The Polarion PH50 is one such toy that puts a smile on my face while in use: Camera: Canon SD1000 ISO Setting: 200 Lens Aperture: F2.8 Exposure: 1/3 Second White Balance: Day Light Distance: 125 yards MN61 off AW Protected 3x17670 Polarion PH50 @ 20 Seconds After Ignition For the record, the MN61 off Li-ions housed in an M6 host is the highest output incandescent setup available in a SureFire host and noticeably brighter than the MN21 off CR123A cells.

Looks as if the HiViz Shotgun Spark II front sight post is the closest thing to what I am looking for .

I use A-Zoom snap caps to both release tension on the hammer spring and to provide adequate resistance during the final dry fire before storage. A major drawback to the aluminum A-Zoom caps is that the rim is easily damaged by the extractor through normal cycling. NECG and Pachmayr offer chrome plated snap caps which may endure cycling better than their aluminum counterparts.

Briley will cut, crown and relocate the front sight for a reasonable fee. Screw choke smithing fees are in line with those of other manufacturers who perform the same type of work.

You will want to verify that the AP (short receiver) brush is of the newer blue bristled variety and not the deprecated white bristled version. Another slick move on the part of Otis is including panoply patches with the kit. Once your try them, you may not want to go back to their All-Caliber patches .

WTT Benelli M4 11707 for Tromix S17 w/ KA-1212 .

More fodder for the S-12 crowd: Both rear sight screws failed to handle the tensile forces of tightening with a screwdriver. Although failure of the rear sight screws due to the shear forces of recoil have been recorded, I could not have imagined that hand tightening with a screwdriver could have resulted in this: Note that the screw on the left has been sheared short.

Be sure to examine and verify that the choke tube you choose does not protrude past the barrel choke entry.

I believe he was simply referring to the SBE2 . -
The M900L will consist of the current M900 platform along with the upcoming KL9 conversion head: Rated by SureFire at 350 lumens, the KL9 will be powered by the quad-die SSC P7 emitter.

The recoil spring tube assembly of the 11707 allows for the skeletonized stock to collapse.
-
Download M4 Spare Parts List - English Only Simplified and redefine the term "slide assembly". Regardless, the answer is likely: Yes. Tolerances notwithstanding, an 11707 out of CA is the exact same as an 11707 out of OK.
-
Yes it will.

No problems here. Check to see if your cap retaining spring is present. You should have been given all three by your dealer. Contact them and not Benelli. SOCOMguy makes a nice full length tube. Either from Sure Cycle, or a Benelli dealer. Different people have experienced different results. In general, five minutes at 500°F ought to do the trick.

M900A over the M900AB for reduced weight. Both the MN10 and MN11 will throw usable light to right around 100 yards. The MN16 bursted off two unprotected 18500 Li-ion cells is the brightest configuration available with either the A, or AB. However, you are recommmended to wait until the M900L @ an estimated 350 lumens is made available by SureFire. t1h2t@3 has the Brugger & Thomet Quad Rail Handguard installed.

Weapon Shield appears to produce similar results. Both are halogenated hydrocarbon based extreme pressure (EP) additives activated by applied heat (by way of direct heat, pressure, and/or friction). Both appear to contain antiwear (AW) additives to maintain lubricity. MILITEC-1 is the more concentrated EP product. Because Weapon Shield is formulated with a lower concentration of EP, it likely contains higher concentrations of cleaning agents and corrosion inhibitors and is not only the superior cleaner, but may be the superior finishing lubricant. The best of both products can be obtained by first treating your firearm with MILITEC-1 before a final pull through and wipe down with Weapon Shield. NOTE: There have been concerns over the use of halogenated hydrocarbons on firearms as it relates to possible acceleration of corrosion of certain metals. the following represents an excerpt from Corrosion Resistant Materials Handbook - D. J. De Renzo, Ibert Mellan - 1985: Key are the composition of the metal alloys used in the firearm and and the stability of the halogenated hydrocarbon in both MILITEC-1 and Weapon Shield formulations. Both products profess to contain corrosion inhibitors, both likely contain stabilizing and acid neutralizing agents as well (effective concentrations unknown). It has also been suggested that the addition of EP additives in base oils result in embrittlement fatigue in treated products. It appears however, that such fatigue is limited to EP additives of the sulphurous, phosporous and chlorinated wax types, of which both MILITEC-1 and Weapon Shield appear not to be.

Avoid nitrile O-rings if you use MILITEC-1, or Weapon Shield (both are halogenated hydrocarbon based products) to treat and clean the bolt group assembly. Use Chemraz O-rings if at all possible.

The Micro T-1 would be the way to go for a lightweight, unobstrusive sight for CQ work.

I had the reverse happen to me. See SureShell Torx Screws Too Long?. I used a Dremel to take down four threads off each screw in order to ever so slightly countersink them to the interior of the receiver. A drop of Loctite 271 has held them through a hundred rounds of TAP FPD 00.

Now we know that when faced with a BG armed with an M4 + M80 at close range to grab the rail at the area where the gas pistons reside to induce an FTF.

I always figured the barrel was pointed at targets under 30 yards and aimed at anything over 50 yards.
