  1. But the t1 is perfect? I'm looking forward to my setup!
  2. Ghost rings
  3. Nice, so mid is absolutely usable with the SW/T2? I found GR to be painful to use, but possible (the button recoiled into my jaw as I was pressed down hard to see).
  4. How tall are you? The lop is 14.25". Its insanely long as is.
  5. Is this with a t2 ot rmr? What mounting system? Where is the reticle in the window when you mount the gun naturally? How tall are you?
  6. They aren't. Not sure what I'd opine on SEI. I know some of their stuff is meh, though.
  7. Briley and FFT already have triggers/hammers. The issue is that they are not Geissele hammers or triggers.
  8. Should have tried again during the trumpslump. Woulda been our best shot.
  9. I hope you never price auto sears.
  10. Yep. DSG shoulda been wiped by me, too. Little did I know. I thought the FFT being on the market would devalue it, but should have known based on the FFT Ti CH's not devaluing the CC A2/Ti handles.
  11. Look at the Carrier Comp Ti/A2 black CH's...$500 isn't enough to buy one...ask SD.
  12. Yep. There are no others for sale. Supply and demand.
  13. Did someone do this or was it some oddball out of Benelli? It honestly sounds pretty cool.
  14. It's actually an M1 with an extra pound of stuff. Honestly, I'd rather have an M1 and a Super Nova Tactical than an M3. However, it's a unique and "cool" gun, and if you got it for a fair price, then I can see t he appeal. And even if you didn't, to **** with other people's opinions, unless they pay your bills.
  15. You can see from the pics the quality of SD's work. I have personally done business with him as well, and I will vouch, along with many others, for his responsiveness and very quick and conscientiously performed work. If you send him something, he will do good and quick and affordable work. A total unicorn in today's world of craftsmen, those 3 things aligning.
  16. IWC mount $70ish Troll the other forums and snag a 500 lumen Surefire for $180-220, or buy new for $269. Flip your current AVA mount for $100 easy Flip your Elzetta Bravo for $150 (also making $75 or something in the process per the numbers you've told us). That puts your immediate outlay at less than $100, and your long-term losses at around $25-75 depending on shipping, sales, haggling. So for $75, you could have an awesome setup that won't be launching lights everywhere and won't requir you to waste ammo to "make sure it won't break". Because you know what? 50-60 rounds won't show you. A good shotgun course will. I've seen people who have G2's on M4 carbines (5.56) that worked fine for range quals, etc. have issues during a 1000+ round course. So you're always gonna be thinking...will it **** the bed? Not something you buy an M1014 to think about. In fact, you know what? I PERSONALLY have an IWC mount in good shape that I'd sell you for a great deal if you're interested. It's super lightly used, as in, no problems with it, I just won't lie and say it's new.
  17. It's normal for Benelli. Usually they replace instead of repair, though, with most things that can go wrong with these guns. What is the issue?
  18. No, I just know I've never regretted buying expensive ****, because even if I don't like it, I can get my money right back out of it more than some mangled hobbled together home-brew mess.
  19. Spend the money. Do it right. You will regret it much less than having to muck with it over and over.
  20. Why buy socket wrenches when you have a crescent wrench?
  21. This. Might as well duct tape it to the mag tube at the rate you're going. Seriously, you have good taste. Dont mess this up.
  22. I sold a full length fully dressed factory barrel once for 500ish, iirc.
  23. How do they compare to Arisaka? I know Arisaka uses the correct coatings inside, etc. so I trust them a lot.
  24. Like I said about lugs, integral mounting, and shotgun recoil... Honestly, if you want to use the AVA, I'd get a Scout/Scout body. The Bravo is an excellent and well-made light. You didn't choose bad kit, you just chose kit that may not play well together in certain applications.
