  1. Try this web site: http://www.claytargetsonline.com/list.php/GA
  2. Of course they're comparing them to gas operated shotguns (as far as the semiautos are concerned), since Benellis are the only Inertia driven ones.
  3. I don't get it. You said in your first post that you bought the gun in Pakistan. Why are you calling Benelli USA? Benelli USA is just that ... USA! It's my understanding that Benelli USA does not ship outside the US. You need to contact whomever sells Benelli products in Pakistan.

    Slugs in M2?

Yes, you can shoot slugs through your M2. Rifled slugs with an IC choke should do the trick. Some say a rifled choke helps with accuracy; I've never used one, so I don't know. We've never been allowed to hunt with buckshot in my state, so I don't know about that either.
  5. I bet a good furniture repair shop could fix that forend like new.

    M4 on *****

For all you M4 fans. Thought you might like to know that the new video game "Left 4 Dead" features as one of the weapon choices a Benelli M4 Super 90. Now you can blast away without the coast of all that ammo!
  7. If you read these threads carefully you'll see that the part most likely to fail on an M4 is the big one that fits just behind the butt pad.
  8. What you need to remember is that it's a LACK of recoil that can cause a Benelli to not cycle. If, in the heat of the hunt you are gripping the gun so tight that you are preventing it from recoiling then that may be the cause; but with 3.5" shells that's doubtful. Clean and lube the gun throughly and if the problem persists, call Benelli's CS and find out what they think. Good luck. And by the way, ejection problems or no, that sounds like a hunt I would have loved to be on.
  9. I'm afraid that $1400 won't get you too high into the top end spectrum but for around $1600 you might check out Benelli's Legacy or Montefeltro Silver shotguns.
  10. Went out Sat in pouring rain. Set up by 6:15 am. 4 gunners and 1 dog. Left at 9:15 am. 8 geese and 2 ducks. GREAT DAY!
  11. Just wondering what game you were going after. Since the M3 is primarily a tactical with fixed cylinder choke. Seems another gun might have been a better choice. Can you exchange the M3 or send it back?
  12. I own an I-12 and I really like it. Price was a determining factor for me also. It handles well and operates flawlessly. This past Saturday I had the opportunity to take it goose hunting for the first time and managed to limit out with no problem. I trap shoot with it as well and don't notice any recoil problems at all. Arguably, it's not as nice as a SBEII or an M2, but for the price I don't think you can beat it.
  13. I'd be interested to know if you called Benelli's Customer Service, and if so, what their response was. Seems to me this is a warranty issue.
  14. The barrel is not free floating. I have had good luck with std Win power point ammo. If you are sighting in, remember to let the barrel cool between shots. The R1 has a light contour barrel, if you're trying to shoot for accuracy you need to let the barrel cool between shots. An "old pro" once told me, "If the barrel's too hot to hold, it's too hot to shoot."
