I have a Citory ou 3.5 hunter, a benelli M2,a Browning ou special sporting , and a Bacal 20 gaudge , and a 410 cooey ,and a PSE Thunderbolt , a Long bow and a browning backpacker II Recurve

If i was to get another one it definetly would be the SBE II simply fore the 3.5 capibility o and of course the bigger trigger guard, but i hunt sea duck and geese as well as smaller game and skeet and sporting clays

I think i have solved the problem a thural cleaning and i was at the club on the weekend 5 boxes of skeet load and not a jam and it was verry cold

I have an m2 and it is 28 it does it all WELL it hits when I get the seight on the target im not sure what the advantages of longer or shorter is except the shorter it is the easier it is to swing around in the blind or on to a target i think the choke takes care of the distance and the pattern but im no expert ,

good we dont have many choices in left hand semis but there are a couple i think the 1187 ,and a few with benelli,and a charls daley:eek:, im not sure about that model good luck

ya your right there are a lot of old time shooters at the club I go to and you can hear all about the neck and eye surgeries and most are from trap and skeet shooters that have been at it fore 30 years their face and arm act like a shock absorber , but we love it and wouldent have it any other way hey I guess we would be called SHOTGUNNERS I think that is a word from Tucker s dictionary lol

I have the Lh m2 its good but i think i should have baught the sbe II I hunt geese and sea ducks i had the browning gold in 3.5 and it was great but it wasent left hand and I got powder blow back about 3 times so i went to a left hand gun but I think it was 300 or 400 in the differense of the m2 and sbeII does the sbeII have the bolt release on the right side as well or is it on the left side , thats a dislike of mine but ill get usto it ,

I thought he was looking fore a semi shotgun, and your right there are other options out there ,

i havent heard to many right handers complain of the powder blowing back in their face with a right handed gun . but i guess it COULD happen and if an ***** was yellow would it be a bananna, sorry im just trying to help but you seem to be convienced already so good luck and dont say i didn't warn you ,

you are left handed right so why would you shoot a right handed gun I learnt the hard way i am lefthanded as well and twice i was shooting in the wind and had gun powder blow back in my face i dont think its common but man it hurts so i soon learnt to buy a left handes gun we dont have many choices BUT the m2 or sbeII are the best bang i could see fore us lefties , but that is just my opinion

i have a left hand m2 and it is a verry light sharp looking gun, saying that it does kick BUT it is a shotgun and i would not compair it with a pump shotgun it issent that sollid of a kick, it will do great on Ducks and 5 stand and like Tucker said you should be a shotgunner

i was just stating MY opinion i just thought the first guy on this thread was being harsh , i am defenitly not a benelli basher i was just telling it how i see it , ,m2 m4 easie mistake

i am new at this it is an m2 and i have no hidden adjenda sinply telling the truth i like the gun , if i can get it to stop jaming coming up the elevator i would brag it up , i was just making a comment about the recoil not that it is that bad but that it issent all its made up to be

well i have shot a lot of semi shotguns and i am sorta happy with my m4 but that is the first thing i noticed that it had quite a bit more recoil than my browning gold or my 1187 but it was also a lot lighter and my other ones were gas driven and this one is enertia driven , but there is a lot of hipe that the benellie is the softest shooting gun i would have to dissagree BUT like you said it is a shotgun you would have to expect some kick ,

i guess this isent an anser to your question but i have a simmiler problem with my m2 it is starting to jam in the cold weather well the shells are ejecting good but they are jaming coming up the elevator i also cleaned everything but the recoil spring good luck

when i recieved my m2 it had the thinest one of the 3 and it was to short but i shot it fore 6 months i reciently purchased the standard size which is the next size up a world of difference shoting a gun that fits and i never noticed a difference in the recoil
