hey GUNNER, i do appreciate the advice. and since you still want to bring up the topic ill explain my point again. i heard yours and agree i did fly off the handle a bit early. but i also made a few valuable points and that is ultimately what i was trying to convey. "items not in stock sucks!!" and not listed , "not in stock" is even worse. thats all i was trying to say. i dont know how old you are and it doesnt really matter here. but i remember a time when customer service was about the customer and not just about sales. and im sure many people will agree with on that one. and buying pmags the beginning of 2008 proved just how many people got screwed with what i mentioned above. last but not least. jon and patti at TACTICALSHOTGUNNER are stand-up people and they straightened everything out w/ a f/u email. not to mention other people made the same claim. maybe just a bit nicer!!

hey E!! i dont understand why everyone has to complicate this issue??? hypothetical situation-- you happen to come across a nova collapsible stock where you live, and "YOUR COUSIN" G-MONEY-DIAZ is having his 21st birthday here in the U.S. and you decide to ship him the c-stock for a gift!! end of story, cause he'd never sell it cause he's been dying to get one. customs, the ATF and NO-ONE in the USA is even gonna give 2 sh-ts!! not to mention they ARE NOT ILLEGAL to come into this country!! so what, get whatever permit you think you'd need to send him this gift. and obviously listed as a "GIFT". and the next time you get one of your friends to do the same vary thing for someone else. im just saying, help out fellow benellians here if you have the time thats all. id do it if i lived there, cause it sure would make their day and give them some serious bragging rights!! hey YODA!! thanks for the good advice!! but do remember, one does have the right to be unhappy and doesnt have to accept companies that dont have items in stock. and after speaking with ron over there everything worked out just fine. he does run a standup company ill admit. hey just by your tone, you didnt happen to vote for that HOPE and CHANGE thingy did you??

i realize you guys run a small company, and i appreciate that. but that being said you seem to have time to respond here, yet i still havent received a return email from the thurs email i sent you and im pretty sure you're open for business that day till today. and as far as time to respond, my basic gripe is WHY DO SOOOO MANY COMPANIES LIST ITEMS FOR SALE ON THEIR SITES THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK AND ARE ON BACKORDER??!! more importantly why not list the said item on backorder on your site??? it would make it a lot easier on customers to not have to wonder how long they'll have to wait for the item after they've put in an order. not to mention, who checks to see what days an online company is open? i saw your item linked in a thread and clicked on it. NOWHERE did it say it was on back-order so i ordered it. what else is there to check on?? like i said, items in stock or list it otherwise is my gripe!! it happens more and more and it sucks!! it just so happens i cannot cancel my order due to you are the only ones selling that item. and i do apologize if i offended you or your company, but nothing i said here wasnt true. i tested my m4 factory sights before i took them off. i just took my m4 out of its scabbard from under the bed. went into the garage, turned out the lights and found the front painted sight glowed real good but the backs were dark as night!! i couldnt even see them. now i have the mepros and they work awesome!! and the backs are not too blinding bright!!

and CAMEL, did you realize both links you posted combined, are worth twice the m4's price!!

could you or anyone else please show me a real pic of a SWAT,LEO,NAVY SEAL or any tactical group from the last decade and not WW-II or vietnam,w/ a CQB shotgun w/ a bayonet attached?? heck, even an ar15- m4?? its just not practicle or they would use it. but if you like it, get it.

its so amusing to me when someone suggests putting a bayonet on anything!! i understand fighting on an island in the south pacific. but for around the house/urban setting i can just imagine walking around a corner and sticking your wife!! i dont want a bayonet on anything. if i run out of ammo and dont take down every intruder in my house w/ all the loaded guns i have, i deserve to die.

hey KITTENS!! think of it this way, as a hobby. some people collect and tinker with their star trek stuff, motorcycles old muscle cars etc. they never really use the stuff they collect due to it has no practicle use, but they like collecting it and tinkering with it. yeah yeah i know you can use a motorcycle and car too, but the high performance bike and car never get used like it should by the average owner, racers yes. just like tactical shotguns dont get used like they are designed for other than LEO etc. but we like them. and it never hurts to be tactically prepared!! especially with this JACK-A$$ administration!! you never know, MAD MAX TIME could be here sooner than you know!!
