I use an FBC. Comes right off. Usually put a dab on the deflector and shot it doen the bore and after I let it set 15m I wiped the deflector off and it was G2G. CLP will do it overnight.
FBC?

For an online purchase, you probably want to keep checking gunbroker.com. Here's one "buy it now" for 1450 and you can get a second one for 1350.

Thanks Mark, I noticed those marks on my socom's op rod after the first range trip. I'll give the Hoppe's BenchRest a try.

Cool, and thanks for kicking in. Do you have a perfered seller for this Forarm? Have not seen any @ feebay.
1st I'd call Sean at National Police Supply
Optics Planet would probably be choice #2
HDO Sports would be #3

wow, looks nice!
does anyone have the brugger & thomet rail?
seems rather expensive to me, not sure if it isn't too heavy?
Just so you know, there have been reports of vented gas hitting the operators hand using the B&T rail.

Hi xamoel,
Although they aren't spec rails. I haven't felt that there was any problem having a secure fit with anything I've tried attaching to the SideArmor rail.

Hey All,
I had some more time to mess around with things this morning. I took it apart and tried it with the factory spring and I got the 7th round in. I then took it apart again and tried it with the Wolff spring once more, and it worked fine. I got the 7th in with a little room to spare (I can push the 7th in about another 3/16" after it's in all the way) I'm not quite sure what the problem was the first time but all is well now! With Kip's obsession about quality, it didn't seem logical to me that he'd be sending his tubes out with a spring that didn't allow them to function as intended. There is now happiness in FL tube -land! Thanks Again Kip

A re-designed spring from Kip will be out in a week or two.
Hey Unobtanium,
Is it re-designed to address this issue?

Yeah!!! Looks good Unobtanium, AD is good stuff. I've got their system on my Tango Down VFG. It's a rock solid mounting system. The only reason I went with A.R.M.S. instead of AD for my socom ML 3 mount was because the AD would have moved the sight forward more because the ring is at the end of the mount instead of centered. But, truthfully I would have preferred ADs locking system. When do we get to see it mounted on your build?

Congrats. I've got another one coming in in November.
ordered one up for my cell mate.
Thanks SD, I got it installed today without too much problem. About 14 minutes with the heat gun. There was a fair amount of the threadlocker on it. I'd heat and turn a little and then heat and turn a little more till it was about 1/3 out and then it unscrewed the rest of the way. Most of the gunk stayed on the old factory tube. The inside threads were pretty clean.
Everything looks great but I'm having a problem getting the 7th 2 3/4" shell in. I tried both Remington and Winchester shells but neither worked. The Brownells follower I put in is considerably shorter than the factory one so I'm thinking it might be the Wolff spring that I installed with the tube since it is considerably longer than the Benelli spring. I'll mess with it some more tomorrow and see what happens. Thoughts anyone?

Hi Vikz, here's one listed as fitting Nova, but it's camo. You might call them though, they might be able to fix you up with black.

Hey ShadowShooter and Hookster,
Would you guys mind posting your response letters also? It would probably be good for everyone to see the consistency in the responses from the ATF as well as any differences in the answers that they may have given.
No problem MeanGreen, I'll get a copy posted soon.
