  1. I've got a 1939 Ithaca Featherweight Model 37 that my Grandfather left me that I am partial-to. I've got a few of them (M37s) but that one is my favorite and still my favorite quail and dove gun.
  2. Thanks Kag ... NZ as-in New Zealand? They ship from New Zealand to The States? ETA: oh great, found it. Now I've seen the SULUN Tac 12 and want one.
  3. That Turkish clone ... I would sure as heck be willing to give one a try. Anyone know where to go to buy one?
  4. Check this out ... Trouble with light loads in your new Benelli
  5. It's been kinda crazy lately ... I've never had an issue with any of Todd's parts. It almost seems like the competition is out to cause him some headaches. I mean his latest video talked about someone complaining about stripped screws and we know for a fact he always checks those before he sends them out. Now this (above) and the complaints about paying in advance for backordering parts (which is SOP for everyone from Midway to SIG to you name it) ... I think Todd gets a bad rap on a lot of this recent stuff. Just my humble opinion. The guy is a M4 affectionado.
  6. Good lord things have gotten outta hand with these. Sooner or later someone is going to start producing a 922r compliant Made in the USA version and they're going to do well.
  7. Why will this baby not allow me to practice with the less expensive wally word value pack stuff .... she just will not cycle reliably.
  8. I just can't see that happening any time soon.
  9. Okay, a suppressed 22 has it's place for game getting, but strictly because it might make it more difficult for someone to zero in on your position after firing. But come onnnn - give me a break. Shooting unsuspecting bandits/invaders with close range, silent head shots? You're kidding right? LOL Don't be silly. If, and this is a big IF because I never see this happening in this country, but if that were to happen and if you were to run-up on more men than you have, well trained, well armed and well motivated men, you should just get your stuff together and un@$$ the AO and forget about them if all you are armed with is a suppressed 10/22, trust me. E&E out of there as fast and you can, pop smoke and get. Seriously. I've been there. You have no idea what you are typing when you type something like that. It's just silly.
  10. I have never understood the fascination with 22 LR as a bug-out type survival firearm. Sure, if living in the woods (which is never going to happen) is what you're talking about, shooting squirrels, then sure. And yeah, I know all the benefits of the lighter weight ammo yada yada. But it is a plinking round.
  11. A good pump, or either a Benelli M4, a good MBR like an M1a and a good carbine, a good M4 Carbine in other words.
  12. Dang - it's really the titanium tube that I want.
  13. I may be in the market for one soon - just depends on whether or not the one I find to buy to go along with my 11717 is pre-equipped with one or not.
