Please dont take this the wrong way, but if you dont have the money to go buy the M4 why are you inquiring about expensive modification parts that you obviously cannot afford either. How about you purchase the M4, shoot a few hundred rounds through it and then think about mods and accessories. Just my $0.02.

I purchased mine from Midway USA for a few bucks less and donated the savings to the NRA donation fund from Midway customers. I think the shipping was less than Trulock too, either way its about $55-60.

As far as the B&T, i am adding it mainly as a platform for a VFG because I need a strong full length lower rail for positioning possibilities.
