  1. Yes, it fits solid and seems to be built for supporting a heavy gun. I had to file and polish the screws so they would fit , taking off a little bit at a time. Imo careful/slow installation will make it a quality upgrade, don't just run a drill bit through a $600.00 stock and hope the screw gets tight.
  2. This one!! I like it, one-piece construction and it fits perfect. The textured finish helps in removeal and installation. BTW, I tried it with 00 buck on a door of a house my company was demolishing after fire damage and it worked great. Completely destroyed the door, frame, interior wall, and shot pellets bouncing around the interior. Made us
  3. You have some work ahead of you to get that Mesa Tactical mount to fit.
  4. PM sent, mine doesnt show sent items either.
  5. Brand new Benelli M4 collapsible stock #70085, shipped anywhere $585.00. I have a 3 for sale.
  6. Looks awesome!! I had the same problem with a Troy Industries sling mount. The B&T rail has to be slightly under spec bc the mount would not get tight. I sent it back and went with a Daniel Defense, the 2-piece design will fit any rail. http://www.danieldefense.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=4
  7. Uno, I believe we both have the 11707. The B&T rail fits perfect and is an extremely solid mounting platform. The rail has a set screw on top and stainless shims you can see in pic 1 that press fit a small retainer against the top of the barrel. I can leave the entire rail assembly in place and slide it off the magazine for disassembly. Hope that helps.
  8. Its actually a 1740 case with foam, carpet, and plastic internals. Dimensions are much different than a 1770, its more like a deep chest than a flat case.
  9. I added a dot of blue Loc-tite on mine and let it sit for a few days to get as solid as possible. Now it has zero wobble and I didn't potentially overtighten the stock.
  10. The trip to Illinois from Cali obviously means I flew a few thousand miles and had to give the baggage monkeys permission to hurtle my stuff into the plane. On the other hand there is no way to fit 2 pistols, a scoped rifle, and shotgun in a 1770 or 1750 case. I didn't want to end up like you having 2 cases, I prefer 1 larger case. Same investment either way, but I spared myself the cutting of foam and my time is $$. Duggan, the Gunpod is more than a "slightly modified" Pelican case, but considering you obviously haven't seen it your comment is a blind opinion. I would buy nothing but the best to transport over $8000.00 of toys, I hope you guys would too. And back to the collapsible stock, it's a must for versatility allowing usage by multiple operators either large or small, with or without cumbersome gear on.
  11. Skeeter, are you trying to be adopted by M?
  12. I just picked up a Pelican/2N2 GunPod http://www.guncruzer.com/universal-2x2-40L/2n2-gunpod.html for a trip to Illinois. The Benelli M4 sits perfect with the C-stock in the middle position, it's too long fully extended or with the PG stock. I guess one pro for me that it fits in that case. Other than the obvious that it allows a shorter overall length for CQB operations, that is the only reason I can imagine it having a "real" use. On another note that case kicks a$$, other than being overpriced it was the only way I could see transporting thousands of dollars of firearms/gear across the country.
  13. Tex, I have encountered the same problem. I contacted Mesa Tactical and they were surprised to hear that it did not fit and sent me new screws. I received the SAME screws that were too large a few days later. I know drilling an $800.00 stock is the easiest way but i have decided to invest time with a dremel and sand/polish the screws until they fit. Imo, that is the only way to not compromise the stock and still get the PB rear sling attachment to fit.
  14. Might have been fun depending on the hookers!
  15. Push button in and slide it up an inch and turn left, when it gives and rolls left pulll back and it should slide off.
  16. I could live with the paisley one but this one is just awful.
  17. C'mon Skeeter, All your prep gear and no slings? What are you gonna do when SHTF and you need to hop a wall, ask someone to hold it? Toss it over the wall? Buy some slings Tex.
  18. Trulock
  19. Additional good points have been made but I feel we are going the wrong direction now. Of course full-auto Mac's kick ass but if SHTF would you really want to spray ammo 1200 rounds at a time or put rounds where they are needed individually? Regardless of ammo preference and brand preference. I think 5000+ rounds of any handgun ammunition and a few matching pistols would be more than enough. Bottom line, plastic or steel and caliber are personal preference. Just have enough ammo to feed em and a twin to rob for parts if one should fail.
  20. My opinion is that you should select 2 of the same caliber and brand. I sold all the other stuff and stuck with 3 .40 caliber glocks. Now I only have to purchase 1 pistol ammo in bulk and I can use full size mags in the smaller size frame as well. I can share accessories, some internal parts and for the most part have the same trigger and grip feel just a longer slide on the larger models. For instance, full size on your hip with 15 rounds, 2 extra 15 round mags, and a compact under your arm with 13 rounds. 58 rounds of .40 s&w and if the fullsize should fail the compact uses the larger mags too.
  21. Why dont you just call their 800 # and ask them if they make an application for the M4? Question and answer in less than 5 minutes.
  22. I'll have one of the dancers at my work make a video for you in a string bikini but it will cost. And, yes she can completely strip and reassemble the whole shotgun!!! Any takers
  23. Thats funny, LMAO. So Mr. Tom Braider is a Tomb Raider, .
