  1. Reverse the snap ring pliers you used to remove it and stretch the spring retainer to open a bit, just a thought? What are you gonna do with that old short steel tube that you no longer need???? Sell or trade
  2. Some impression you got. I'm sure they are stolen, not purchased from Botach for $225.00 and being turned for a profit. Lol
  3. Hardigg was acquired by Pelican. Hardigg storm cases sold after the acquisition are covered by the Pelican warranty. I called Pelican tech support and asked, he essentially told me that now they are one company offering 100 cases not 2 companies offering 50. Same features, construction, foam, etc... Check these out, http://www.guncruzer.com/ . I got the 2n2, and I'm very satisfied. They can also custom build you whatever you want, just call or email.
  4. OMG Tucker, you are a magician. How'd you do that?
  5. Check out TW25b lubricant made by Mil-Comm Products. I was turned onto it by a US Army Armorer friend of mine. It has very good lubricating properties and thick so it stays where it is supposed to. My M4 cycles smooth and has NEVER failed to cycle properly since I started using this stuff. http://www.mil-comm.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=6&category_id=5&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=65 http://www.sightm1911.com/lib/review/mil-comm_users.htm (Review)
  6. Wouldn't a call to Carriercomp be more appropriate than a thread on a forum? Due to the fact Kip works (alot) he might never see your thread. Just my $0.02
  7. Im still looking for one that's in new condition. Anybody???
  8. Very nice Sir, I can see the B&T arrived.
  9. Looks great, functions great = winning combo You gonna sell your old VFG?
  10. He asked for install tips Skeeter. He knows what it looks like, thats one reason he purchased it.
  11. I'd like to think everybody is working and not looking at the forum ....
  12. I might have to take you up on that Skeeter.
  13. Whatcha gettin at HK?? I just need an OEM shorty steel mag tube.
  14. Did you expect more for $340.00? LOL
  15. You obviously don't own or never have installed the B&T rail. "All you do is replace your factory hand rails", is obvious. How, is the question.
  16. Congrats on acquiring the B&T rail. I don't know who started the escaping gas myth but improper installation would be almost impossible, you can see the barrel seating/lining up against the receiver and will know if it is correct or not. On the other hand, when it arrives you will not be impressed with the packaging (thrown into a box like the c-stock). When the Swedish assembled this thing they use some type of cement loc-tite. I recommend to get the rail warm so the thread locker breaks free easier. The rail does not come with directions (as of 8 months ago) but after you get the screws to break loose on the sides you will see how it clamps around the barrel. There is a hole on top for a locating screw and shims that are included, that hole sits on top closest to the site post end of the barrel. I will check later but I think you only have to remove the top half of the rail, so the lower row of screws on both sides can stay factory cemented in. I will post pics and more info later.
  17. I need the stock short one people throw aside when they put on a CC Ti full length mag tube.
  18. Thanks TS but I'd rather one without Channellock plier teeth marks.
  19. Does anybody have a factory steel magazine tube laying around they will sell???
  20. Dunno?? Most of us try to find unreliable price gouging firearms dealers. http://www.benelliusa.com/ (Find a Dealer link)
  21. Patience my friends. If you cant wait pickup a steel tube.
