  1. Here is the current configuration. I'd like to get $800 shipped. You take care of the fees on your end. Let me know if anyone is interested as it will also be going on sale locally.
  2. Selling my unfired Benelli SN Tactical with the collapsible stock. It also has a Mesa Tactical 6 shell holder with the integrated rail. The gun is in perfect condition. Also comes with the Comfortech stock and Meprolite night sights (originals included). Here are pics of it configured with the standard stock. Will try and get pics of it's current configuration in a bit. Reasonable offers entertained.
  3. Must be that time of the month.
  4. All hail queen cody6.0. She has spoken and imparted her infinite wisdom upon the land.
  5. Have you even tried to shoot it as is? I think before I started asking a bunch of questions like you did, I would put some rounds through it. Jut looking at that pic, it seems that the top of the front sight might be in the same plane as the top of the brake. You never know, it might shoot just fine. Pattern the damn thing and see.
  6. I used a Milwaukee heat gun on the low setting and directed the heat on the portion of the stock tube where it meets the receiver. You will know it's hot enough when it starts to smoke a little. Try not to overheat it but when you see smoke, you should start trying to turn it. You may have to re-apply the heat a couple more times..........again, only till it starts to smoke a little. The stock tube should come off and you can clean out any leftover loctite from the receiver threads. I didn't use anything when I installed my CC tube. I just threaded it in hand tight.
  7. Keep going, only 8 more posts until you can add pics. We will be waiting to order until then.
  8. Oh Oh Oh Oh Uhhhh, wait a minute................................. I just bought one from BoTach for $225..........nevermind.
  9. I betcha cody6.0 would have something to say about that.
  10. Awww shucks, thanks fellers. I'll try and eat some cake for ya.

Thanks. I should probably say that I stuck it to the back of the bolt pad, not the receiver. I'll try to take a few shots and post them up.

Thanks for the replies. I'm pretty stoked about the current configuration with the exception of the bolt handle. The GG&G is better than stock, and was only $25, but I'll hold out for the one Kip is producing. The bolt-release is super trick IMHO. I don't think the ridges are too aggressive like some have complained about and the purchase on the thing in use is awesome. It's also rock solid in terms of function. I also came up with a solution for the receiver marring issue that someone was complaining about. I used a small, circular felt adhesive pad on the inside between the button and the receiver. When you slam it home the felt acts as a cushion when the two meet. I cut it to fit around the post and made it small enough to where you can't even tell it's there unless you look.
  13. 1. There seems to be a "member" that thinks that these stocks are readily availalble so you should probably pm him. His user name is cody6.0. 2. see number 1. 3. Got me. 4. See number 3. 5. Ahhh..........to dream. FWIW.........I have one and love it.
  14. Skeeter is conspicuously absent from this thread. He must be busy with honey-do's.
  15. My first thought when I saw this was that somewhere there is a short bus missing a passenger.
  16. If this is true, best be heading inland. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPHdk6WgbUg
  17. If it's the rubber portion of the grip you are referring to, I'm not sure how that is actually attached. The parts schematic isn't really clear but it looks like it just pops into place over the grip. Is your gun new or have you had it a while? I ask because if it's older, the grip rubber might just be losing it's shape/elasticity.

Finally got my junk installed. Like this way better than stock now. The GG&g BRP was not nearly as difficult as I thought. In fact, the instructions were pretty clear. If anyone want's, or needs, help I would be glad to assist. Just PM me and I'll give you my number. I'm not so crazy about the GG&G bolt handle but it will do for now. Kips mag tube install went pretty smooth as well. The old one was actually much easier to remove than all the horror stories I had read about. It took about 10 minutes and I did it without any help or strap wrench. Now if Kip will just get those dang bolt handles, picatinny rails, and muzzle breaks done, it will be complete. But for now..........
  21. Me and skeeter both have one, who's the other 3?
  22. Well, I'm keeping mine. Now I have a spare in case something happens to my original or I get another M4. I looked on Gunbroker and there isn't really a ton of them. Two of them are from our own HKp2000 and some of the others were on previously. My bet is that BoTach didn't have a huge stock of them.
