  1. I had a Surefire 1" G2 LED flashlight with a Surefire clicky tailcap. Ergo's were excellent and its very low profile. I took the BMT mount off and sold it on the message board. I sold it mainly because I planned on switching to an X300 on the BLAM 4. I have not replaced the BMT yet -- I'm waiting to see if a version 2 of the BLAM 4 comes out as speculated. I'm not using the M4 for home defense right now so not having a weaponlight is not a big deal at this time.
  2. I had one for about one year. I liked it alot, but it was a little bit of a pain to have to remove it to field strip. I think its the best barrel/mag tube mounted light mount --- VERY light. There still isn't a really great way to do a light on an M4. The BLAM4 is a great idea but missed the target by a little bit.
  3. Best option is to make it a 9 shot (7+1+1) using Kip's Titanium 7 round mag. Search carriercomp. It runs about $190 and includes a new spring. It is about 6oz lighter than what your M4 came with. I assume you know the M4 can be ghost loaded (round in chanber and on the ramp + 7 in mag).
  4. Sorry Adrienne I just sold the mount yesterday afternoon. It is a great mount - you should check the BMT website to see if it will work w/ your application.
  5. The long rails look very nice but add alot of weight closer to the muzzle end (bad). While everything adds weight - its better closer to the rear of the shotgun as the M4 is pretty muzzle heavy.
  6. Still available. $60 includes free shipping anywhere in the CONUS.
  7. Thanks for your interest...however the sidearmor side saddle is not compatable with a standard rail system. It and some other sidearmor components are designed to interface with the sidearmor top rail (aka the short rail). As a side note - the factory Benelli top rail is not truely compatable with some rail accessories due to the large sight channel cutout. As one example, LaRue QD optic mounts will not lock up properly on the stock rail...which is why most end up replacing the top rail if they are going to run a red dot
  8. Price reduced to $140 includes free shipping anywhere in the CONUS. Unit is in new condition.
  9. Yes it is very solid and does not move at all. You could use the railed version to mount a laser - HOWEVER the issue you would have is keeping the laser's zero after removing the mount assembly for cleaning the shotgun.
  10. Thanks Dan I'll keep you in mind. Would prefer to sell as a package.
  11. Good Evening, I am selling a like new CDM Gear BMT MOD-C 1" flashlight and integrated QD sling mount for the Benelli M4 (also fits 870,1100, 1187, Benelli M1/M2/M4/M104,Mossberg 500, 930). 12. Another pic, note the top pic in the post above is from Sidearmor's website and shows the 8-shell holder on a longer rail system - the pics of the unistalled system is the actual item:

  14. You are correct that most shops do not have the item in stock and the wait time can be lengthy. I don't mind waiting a several extra months to save a couple hundred on the shotgun. I paid $1238.22 for a new 11707 in late 2010 ($1418.22 from Botach Defense plus $20 transfer fee, minus $200 rebate). I enjoy it but it is a beast! I would prefer a 14" model to lighten & shorten up that front end.
  15. I emailed several stores today with prices in the 1600 to 1900 range depending on which of the three stocks is on it. I have a couple more I'm waiting to hear back on. I trust the 2700 one includes a free one week vacation somewhere?
  16. OK that is a great option for building a SBS. My preference would still be to buy a new factory SBS.
  17. Hi, I have a full size 18.5" M4 that I've had for about two years. I want to get a 14" one model # 11723 as well. I have other NFA items so I know the process. Who has factory new SBS's for sale? I'm having trouble finding them. I don't mind having to wait sebveral months for obe to come in...I'm not in a hurry. I'm active duty military if it matters for ordering sources. Thanks, Cal
  18. I second the heavy wet lube on the entire bolt carrier assembly - dripping wet. I assume your trying to shoot 2.5 dram loads? What I would do is save a bunch of your powder-puff #7 boxes and fill them with 3.25 dram #6 Federal ($4 for 25 at Walmart) and take that to the range. That will cycle 100% This conversation reminds me why I love New Mexico - I can drive 20 minutes out into the desert and do WHATEVER I WANT. Haven't been to a range in a long time, and I don't like them.
  19. I have one -- it's the best way to do a sling w/ the C-stock
  20. http://www.cdmgear.com/mod-c.html Link above is the mount -- they make several different types depending on whether you want a 1" flashlight mount or just rail for something like an X300. I also got the one that has a QD sling dock on the other side. It is very study, I can run with the slung shotgun and the mount never moves at all. If you go this route - I suggest putting a clicky tailcap on your G2 as it works much better than the regular surefire cap.
