  1. I wasn't going to respond because I have yet to game with my Benelli (just got it this year and Turkey season doesn't open until April), but since you asked about hunting season, here is how the year has been so far for me:
  2. Or... you can just go to your local auto-parts store and buy a tube of anti-seize on the cheap. Works for spark plugs and silencers, don't know why you wouldn't want to use it in a shotgun!
  3. Assuming I cared. I reside on the other side of the country.
  4. Are the rules different for pump guns than semi's, or did they change? When I was stationed in CA from 07-09, I bought a brand new FN TPS with a C-Stock and Pistol Grip at some gun store called Traders or something. I highly doubt that a store of that size would have been selling illegal firearms NIB.
  5. I thought you could have a C-Stock on a shotgun in CA.
  6. It was worth the wait. Thank you for making a quality product. Who do you sell your milspec M4 rails to? Have you ever sold any to the Marine Corps?
  7. I ordered it on 15 August and received it on 12 October. That is 58 days, or 8.286 weeks, or 2.071 months.
  8. Lol, yea, they are tough, right? It is the Magpul CTR stock- my FN TPS had a Commercial tube so keep that in mind if you purchase. On the CTR I also mounted the Enhanced Rubber Butt Pad from Magpul http://store.magpul.com/product/MAG317/172 but I am sure you can find it cheaper elsewhere- I am just showing you what I am talking about. I just put that stock on before I took that picture and did not get time to shoot the TPS that day (more like I put all my shells through my newly finished M4) so I'll let you know how it helped with the recoil when I shoot it
  9. They are flat out ridiculously priced on GB. Of course they are $550 on Amazon, so who knows... I am glad my M4 came with one.
  10. Thank you, and not a problem- I got paid for it. Are you on UZI talk?
  11. Thanks- me too. I wouldn't have it any other way because this is the same shotgun I had when I was in the Marine Corps except that now I have 3 positions instead of 2 on my buffer tube and I can put in a full choke to hunt Turkeys!
  12. These are NIB. I installed them once and never fired the weapon with them on. I decided to go with the dis-connector instead for my 4th 922R part. They are black. I will take 30 dollars shipped to you via 1st class USPS. Here's the link: http://freedomfightertactical.com/products-page/922r-compliant-forends/the-freedom-fighter-tactical-922r-compliant-forearm-forend/ See, you save 10 bucks and shipping if you need a set.
  13. I did- I used a heaping helping of Blue Loc-tite- didn't really see the point of using red.
  14. Thanks, I HATE waiting, but it was definitely worth the wait!
  15. Hey it was just an old black heat gun that my friend had- I honestly don't know brand or model...lol.. Sorry.
  16. Installation was extremely easy- I saw where some guys took 10 minutes to melt their locktite but I must have an awesome heat gun because mine melted in about 45 seconds. Tube matches perfectly and seems to be very high quality. I was impressed with how much lighter it was than the factory 5 round tube. Well I took her out and put 100 bird shot and 30 3" 00magnum bucks through her in that order. Should have probably put the bucks through 1st because they were flawless but since the gun was brand new I think the birdshot didn't always kick the bolt back quite far enough even though it was well oiled. It started working better though. Anyhow, here's a picture of my shotguns: I just got a Viking Tactics sling for the M4 today. It is phenomenal.
  17. http://www.sturmgewehr.com/webBBS/nfa4sale.cgi?read=151159 Here is one in stock for 1880. These guys are great and they ship really fast. I ordered my M4 from them. The owner is a prior Marine, so he gave me "the devil dog discount."
  18. I had a bit of a squeak (I didn't notice it at first) and this is what I was told by FFT: Well, with that being said, I decided to go ahead and get a disconnector for my 4th US 922R part.

    C-Rums !

Nice. Thanks. I may shoot 3 gun one day, but honestly I got an M4 because we had them in the Marines.

    C-Rums !

length of shell / length of tube. Put a longer tube and your ratio becomes smaller. Less change means less resistance. Who is C-Rums and what do you mean by getting your carrier welded up?
  21. I replaced the hammer and the disconnector. You have to remove the trigger to replace the disconnector. None of these tasks are what I would consider to be difficult. The snap ring that holds the hammer in place broke when I did not even have it wide enough to take off with my snap ring pliers so I had to order a new one. I would order a new one from brownells along with the hammer if you haven't ordered already. This is their SKU for it: 301-000-561 It's only 5 bucks and that way if you snap it or bend it (like some have, but not me) you will have a new one and won't have to wait like I did. The disconnect is easy as pie to change out. You just need to make sure you have a good punch set and a modicum of dexterity.
  22. Why don't you ask the guy who asked the question if firing 300 rounds in a row will damage his factory camo.
  23. Not passive aggressive or anything are we? And that is directed at both of you. You know who you are.
