  1. Nobody has one of these, they'd like to let go of?
  2. Hey Thuber! If I were you, I'd shoot some nice pix of this in the Sun with Good lighting. Don't use stock photos unless they are real good. Nothing starts a feeding frenzy like a little chum in the water. Video wouldn't hurt either. I went on the Benchmade forums and was going to sell an Auto knife. I asked the guy who sold the last one what it sold for. He said $165 and his was NIB. That was way low. The knife new is $245. I posted mine on youtube and put for sale $200 Guy posts I'll take it in something wild like one hour. I've had a lot of offers to buy mt guns off Youtube. I'm not claiming to be a genius at this stuff but I'll post my channel here just in case it might help you turn the gun. If I wasn't working on other things I'd be interested. But even my Interest is a little weak without the obligatory picture/video baiting. I always shoot video for every ebay or sale auction now, I don't care how small the item is. https://www.youtube.com/user/lesgarten/videos I have a Sig and Beretta video on here and got offers on both of them from YT I usually just post to YT for the video to be used on a forum but have started using it to sell. We'll see how long that lasts...
  3. Ok, now we have it! Since all these springs are working with 12 ga shells till be kinda the same diameters. If you are having issues and there is nobody who has already figured out the solution, if I were you, I would get the CarrierComp spring for the M4. Put it in there and see how it does. You may have to shorten it a little at a time till it loads all the shells and it works well. The only reason I mention it is that it is made by Wolf and reviewed well here. It should be long enough since it is made for a 7 round magazine Benelli. Costs $12 http://www.shop.carriercomp.com/category.sc?categoryId=9 You can also snip your current spring a coil at a time till the rounds fit and then see if it still cycles reliably. You may need to snip the CC spring as well. I am having to.

  5. Are you trying to source a stronger spring than the factory spring because of the extension? Can you not get a factory spring? I'm not sure I'm following along here with what you really are trying to do.
  6. Can you describe why you would want to do all this TomFoolery? I mean springs ain't that expensive. You want your gun to work don'tcha?
  7. Well, I think I still have some issues. I noticed after adjusting that ring seal that I was just getting in the 7th round. Tried some 00 Olin Buck tonight and it won't go. So I guss I may snip off some coils.
  8. Ok, my spring after being installed a week is 30.5" The wire diameter was .042 I did let the snap ring lay pretty far outside the tube when I put it back together and it will just load 7 now. So I'll call a success on this one.
  9. I'll pull mine out and measure it. I didn't measure it before I put it in last week.
  10. Here is what I have: I have a M4LE that came with the 2 Piece 7 round tube setup and spring and I have a Carriercomp tube and a "Spring" that is longer than the OEM spring that came on the gun. I don't know if the spring I got with the CC tube is a CC spring or not.
  11. Is there a way to determine if my spring is indeed one of the Carriercomp springs? A way to ID it? I'll give these two options a shot as well. I don't need much, it may be as little as 1/8". Maybe between 1/8 and 1/4. It would be nice if I could ID the spring that I got with the Carriercomp tube.
  12. I am having the same issues as the guy in post #33 I got a New M4 LE with 7 round mag tube OEM. I could only fit 6 2 3/4" shells. I got a Carriercomp Ti mag tube and a supposedly Carriercomp spring off Gunbroker. Can only fit 6 in there as well. My shells only have about 1/4" sticking out that won't go in. There is some question about the spring, they guy couldn't find it at first but then found it. He said it was the spring that came with it, but I'm not sure what that means. Maybe it was second hand to him, even though he said it was new and un-used from a build project. I can answer the same thing. It is the spring I got with it. Anyhow, what is the fix for this? I've tried two different shells, that were really the same OAL, and it would only hold 6 in the stock tube and 6 in the carriercomp tube. Ohhh, and I did move that seal ring to the new tube, not sure how you could miss doing that
  13. On long posts like that I open Notepad and write in there and then cut and paste when the post is composed. Can't see the photo's on the other site because you have to join.
  14. I would be interested in one of reasonable price.
  15. I'm lookin' to get one of these on the cheap. I know somebody has to be using one of these as a toilet paper roller somewhere that they could part with.
  16. The tube is a thing of beauty! I did not Lock-tite it in. I really need a CC Bolt handle. I'm livin' clean, stopped cussin', started goin' to Church, been callin' my momma like I'm supposed to but nothin's workin!
  17. I am looking for a Rear LPA D5 Fiber Optic rear sight. Anyone have one that they want rid of? http://lpasights.com/images/banners/catalogo_2016.pdf
  18. I do have a 7/8" hole saw. On that QD mount on your C Stock, how much torque did you use on the screws that mount it? I go my CC Ti Mag tube mounted today, thanx for that tip again!
  19. Didn't figure I'd have a 7/8" and I was right. Biggest I have is a 3/4"
  20. I do have a drill press with a Harbor Freight DP vise I guess just a regular drill bit turning as slow as possible?
