Absolutely fine. But I'm not a lawyer. You could write to the ATF for clarification, just in case, or pay a lawyer with firearms industry knowledge to confirm that interpretation

Can the muted titanium tube be cerakoted to match the factory color H2O?

That looks pretty interesting, however if I was going to go with an AR style 12 gauge shotgun, top of my list would be the Genesis Gen-12 offering. 10 round magazine fed, AR-10 controls and from what the reviews say, a fast trigger. Had anyone tried the g10 grips from. VZgrips? https://vzgrips.com/shop/rifles/ I haven't had my stock off yet, c-stock on the way though, so I'm not sure about fitment with an AR15 grip, but thought I'd put it out there

Nice Railscales g10 dragon scales. Have them on an AR15 pistol. Looking to do the same setup on my benelli m4 when I can find/buy the Agency handguard

Modlites are, at present, the best lights on the market. They also have great customer service, occasionally have small batch special cerakote color schemes (most recently was a Rhodesian camo pattern), their Blems are better than many other manufacturers general release quality, practically bomb proof, have some of the highest lumen, and more importantly imo, candela output. Plus, they aren't considered Poor items for kit.

Increase your arm and shoulder strength so the modest weight issues of the M4 are more than compensated by strength and endurance

I believe there have been mounting issues with the rail. It is not a true milspec picatinny rail if my info is correct Another option would be the mount for Trijicon RMRs by scalarworks, or their mount for other red dot specific manufacturers

If you use the search function for H2O you'll find a lot of useful and informative posts on the differences, including several by Stranger Danger. If you wanted the bolt carrier to closely match you could disassemble the carrier and the receiver and send it to get NP3 coated. You'll get a marked improvement in performance as well as the cosmetic enhancement. These two are what I'd consider the 2 most important operationally to get coated, imho of course
