Broken Legend
Yes they are factory Benelli. If they aren't and they're made in the US, he's sitting on a gold mine and could sell them for more (to be able to comply with 922r).

BlackJackSam
Don't these require the factory 3 position stock tube to be fully closed ?
heckler&kochp2000
You will need the model 11707 Benelli M4 that already comes with the 3 position recoil tube .

StrangerDanger
http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19360&page=3 Everything you need to know about replacing the Recoil Tube Assembly. The Numrich Arms link provided is the only source that I know of for the 3 position recoil tubes. The complete assembly is a 3 position tube, the stripped one is a 2 position unit. I personally verified this. The thread I listed has detailed instructions on how to do the conversion. If you need any additional information, let me know. Elkhunter
I would like to convert my M4 to a collapsible version. How would i be able to tell if this is possible? I am clueless. Currently I have the full pistol grip black stock.

Currently I have the full pistol grip black stock. if you just recently purchased it look on the box for the 11707 near the bar code or twist pull out the bolt handle and push out the pin in the receiver with it drop the trigger group and twist the stock counter clock wise and see if the are around four different notches on your recoil tube , if yes then you are set.
