M4 Choke Tubes -- Who Sells 'Em?

I'm having a hard time finding extended choke tubes for the M4. The shopping area of the Benelli Web site shows out-of-stock on many items, doesn't indicate when they might be available. Some of the go-to sources like Brownells and Midway have Web sites that seem confusing, make it difficult to determine which tubes fit the M4. Any suggestions out there?

I have some Beretta/ Benelli mobile chokes on the GB site these are extended and ported stainless. set of 4 at a good price. These are skeet #1 skeet #2 Improved mod and Super Full for Turkey Hunting 12 gauge only
