dvail1952 Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 Does anyone have drawings with dimensions that would allow a machinist to modify a one position recoil tube into a 3 or 4 position tube? Quote
M2_shootr Posted April 11, 2021 Posted April 11, 2021 Haven’t seen any unless you have a machinist that works pro-bono, it would be cheaper to replace the tube Quote
dvail1952 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 I would replace the tube if I could find one. Quote
RyanExtra Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 Midwest gun works had em a month ago. Sign up for alerts. Quote
D'zaster Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 FYI, to order the 3-position recoil tube from Midwest, gotta be LEO/military. I ordered from Benelliparts.com who had em in stock at the time. Quote
StrangerDanger Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 The Midwest ones are also stripped. Which generally is no big deal, but recovering the flexible ring from your existing receiver extension is a pain in the ass. You have to cut a notch into the race channel with a rotary tool so that you can slide a punch/pick beneath one end of it in order to dislodge it. Or buy the flexible ring elsewhere. Quote
