Rxarms magazine extension and 922R

Happy New Years all! Does anyone know if the magazine extension from rxarms will be 922r compliant? My thoughts are that I am switching only part of the Italian magazine product for a Canadian part and not removing any American parts. Very new to this and appreciate the help!

No, only full length made in USA magazine  tubes count toward 922r compliance. Magazine extensions, even if made in USA, don’t contribute towards 922r compliance.

I've been shipping all my accessories and parts for a few years to USA, it is not an issue.

Rx, you are in Canada, would there be any issues with a US made 7 rd tube being used in Canada? How about shipping one into Canada?

In your case, replacing an Italian magazine extension with a Canadian part may not impact your compliance status directly unless it reduces the count of foreign-made parts below the legal threshold. Since you are not adding U.S.-made parts, it doesn’t automatically guarantee compliance. Generally, replacing parts with U.S.-made equivalents is the common path to compliance.
