AFPJ
I read somewhere that there is a lack of a Benelli vest. Since the threat of a trial lawyer getting to the white house is high (john edwards, hillary clinton), I think Benelli wants to keep everyone safe. Here is a prototype shooting vest for the field, for that person who was wanting a Benelli vest. Pants optional.

dooderman
I was searching around on the Benelli site and went to the store section and BOOOOOM!!!! There it is a Benelli vest. FINALLY! The leather isn't full length and it isn't red like Tom Knapp's but it does look good. check it out http://www.benelliusa.com/gear2/index.php/action/item/id/190/prevaction/category/previd/8/prevstart/0/
Liberty or death Jr.
$92.00 for a shooting vest with their logo on it?!?!?! No thanks.
dooderman
Vest made by extreme are $90+, MizMac are $90+(got one for the wife). I know there are cheaper ones and more expensive. If you can dish out the money for an SBEII or a SS then I don't think $90 vest is going to hurt you. Don't they say "Performance worth the price" or "Simply Perfect", ha, ha.... Go to Bob Allen and look at their vests, you will find similarly and higher priced vests. Mike
AFPJ
I have no experience with these fancy shooting vests. What makes them that pricey? Granted our kevlar/spectrashield military vests are not cheap, but at least those have ballistic protection with a few pockets. The rescue vests have alot of pockets but aren't cheap either. Do these shotgun vests have gel pading in the shoulder area? I'm just curious as I never seen or worn one, and I rather spend the money on 2+ ext for the M4. Thanks for any info for this sport shooting newbie.
Liberty or death Jr.
I really don't see a use for them, so I'm not going to shell out $90 for one.
