New Benelli M4

Got my new Benelli M4. Feels and looks great. I hope to get it to the range next week. I may just sell the CS stock and that will pay off most of the gun!!!!

Range time was excellent!!! Very controllable with 00 buck and could continously hit a 3" dot at 50 yards (prone) 10 out of 10!!!

What slugs were you using? Use used the stock choke right? How many notches are cut on the end of it?

1oz rifled slugs with the stock "modified" (3 notches) choke. I was using the front dot to cover the dot on the target so POA is POI. Most of my shooting with rifles is done by using the lollipop (front sight touching bottom of target).

Hrmmm, I sighted the weapon as per Benelli specs. They have a very unique way of doing it.

 

The top of the FSP is level with the MIDDLE of the dots on the rear aperature, and the FSP is horizontally bisecting the target.
