  1. My dad butt stroked a canada with his wood stocked Double Barrel (that I guess was worth a lot.) Then he cried.
  2. Buy the Benelli SBE II in Synthetic. You won't regret it. I love mine. And I plan on owning it for at least 65 years....hahaha...or until I'm dead. Like Butch said: you'll never be sad buying the better car. You don't see people going.....man I should have bought that Ford Escort, instead of my new Mercedes.

    SBE2

Here in MN, they had them at Gander Mountain for $1,200 with COMFORTECH, and with the $200 of FREE AMMO that makes the gun $1,000 bucks, which u can't beat. Same with Cabela's. But no FREE AMMO at Cabela's. But what I did was went to Cabela's b/c Gander Mountain didn't have the SBE II in a 26" barrel. I went to Cabela's talked to a manager about the deal Gander Mountain did. And I got the same deal from them that Gander gave, after about 12 minutes of negotiations. Love my SBE II. It was well worth it.

    I did it!!

Great Buy. You won't be dissappointed. How come u bought a 28" barrel?
  6. Murders: I meant as in murderer's of li'l innocent animals.
  7. Postitive Spin on Cheney Hunting Accident Although many people think of only negative spin on this accident, what about this: That hunting is a sport enjoyed by the President and Vice President of the United States. Not just Redneck, Hillbilly, Alcoholics, Murderers. (Because we know, that this is how the Anti-Hunters like to portray us as.)
  8. I hunted numerous times with my Benelli SBE II with COMFORTECH and it was cold, cold, cold, here in MN. And my gun worked great. My friends' also had no problem with theirs. So I don't know what to say.
  9. What gun company sells Lemon Oil for guns?
  10. I'm 5'3, 108 - 110 lbs and the Benelli SBE II shoot great. Recoil is the least I've found in any auto loader. (Even less then the original SBE.) All I can say is I bought mine, love it and so do my friends. You will NOT be dissappointed if you buy one. I would get it in BLACK. I know for a fact that "DEET" will eat your paint job, and some paint jobs are apparently sketchy (bad quality control?), and since sometimes when I hunt we use Bug Spray with "DEET" in it I don't want to ruin a camo job. So I'd buy it in black. And before you ask.....get it with a 26" inch barrel. Go get yourself a Benelli SBE II and you won't be dissappointed.
  11. Tell you what, it's a great gun, and I bought mine, NO REGRETS. Every time I shoot it, it's a pleasure. And that's real nice. Now I just need a new deer rifle....maybe a Kifura (two barrel takedown, 4.5 lbs total weight) in .300 WSM.
  12. IdahoDucker: To respond to your comment..... to clarify what I meant...... ANY shotgun that is of the same WEIGHT of the Benelli SBE II will have a usually have a higher recoil. If you shoot a 10 gauge shotgun that weighs 11 lbs., I would expect it to have a lower recoil.
  13. BENELLI SBE II No DOUBT, buy the Benelli SBE II. It is a lighter, nicer, easier on the shoulder, easier to clean gun. It's only like $100 bucks more, which is nothing in the course of a lifetime of ownership. We have 3 Benelli SBE II's and 2 Benelli SBE's in my family.....all love them. They are inertia operated....much better then gas...which is not only more work to clean...but more prone to jamming in bad weather, or if not cleaned properly. Most gas opertated guns are lighter recoil....except the Benelli. It is the lightest out there. The Beretta is heavier and more clumbsier.... I know that they are also fatter foreends...which was a pain...but apparently the new ones aren't as fat, because people complained. I've shot the original one...but not the new one. All I know is that Benelli's are the lightest, fastest, cleanest, and easiest on the shoulder....can't beat that. All of our Benelli's are 26" barrell's. We blind hunt for ducks and field hunt for pheasant in SD..... the "26 barrell is the best compromise for all hunting conditions. We all have BLACK MATTE, because of problems with the CAMO ones. Good Hunting. Tell us what you buy.
  14. Outdoor Connection "TALON SWIVELS". These work great....and are the ONLY ones I've found that fit on the Benelli SBE II. I used these slings and put a "BUTLER CREEK" neoprene sling on. Works great.
  15. CHENEY SHOOTS HUNTER The shooting was first reported by the Corpus Christi Caller-Times. "It was just one of those things that unfortunately happens quite often when hunting." -Kathryn Garcia Quite often??? Neither me, nor my friends have ever been shot. All of us hunters must be real dumbasses, according to this paper.
  16. I've heard bad things about the finishes from CAMO finishes from Benelli. There black finishes have always been crappy. Be careful of DEET, it eats finishes. I have an SBE II in black matte, and my bro has a SBE I and there both ok....but the finish is crappy.
  17. So all of you guy's who had "GG & G" parts, those parts BROKE????
  18. When will UFC 57 be on t.v. for free???
