  1. Yea, it's normal. With the stock limiter, the tube fits 5. With the extension, 7. Nice gun.
  2. The m4 is gas operated, has a collapsible buttstock, and it has a rail. Enough said.
  3. M4, hands down. It's a far more capable system.
  4. What a first shotgun is right. You should be fine with how you describe your setup.
  5. I sold my last one for 350. I was actually somewhat disappointed ... I was kinda hoping for another $510 ending price, heh. I hope the guy who gets it enjoys it.
  6. Because it is thin and hard to grasp?
  7. If they are made in the USA, then yes. More specifically, the number of imported parts needs to be 10 or less ... according to Mr M4Madness's ATF letter, the m4 is made up of 11 imported parts. Replace one of those imported parts with a US made part, and you are fully legal. Now, I don't think there have been any cases of this being enforced/upheld, so it is all theory right now. 8. Tom Knapp is reselling surecycle extensions?
  9. I had to force it that extra 90 degrees beyond where it felt like I should stop to get it to line up perfectly. While I can't endorse anyone else doing this, it made everything snug as can be. However, if your stock can go almost a complete full turn more than where you have it ... that's probably what you need to do.

  11. Wow, a place that claims to have docter optics in stock. From what I know of them, the DO55712 is the Law Enforcement model, which I beleive means it is more shock resistant and waterproof than the regular ones. They are both 3.5 MOA dots ... a 7 MOA dot was also marketed, so I would check to make sure its not a website error if you are serious about buying one. I could be completely wrong in this informatiion about the differences between models, but I'm 75% sure I read about this a few monthes ago. As far as the rail for the light setup goes, it's here: http://www.sidearmor.com/cart/catalog/product_50_M401_Shotgun_Interface_system_for_Benelli_M4_M1014.html
  12. Ohhhhh no, another victim of the mysterious "nut that keeps the stock on" ... OR DOES IT.
  13. I don't know if you can do that with m1's, but thats how you do it with m4's. You can leave a shell in the lifter for awhile, it won't damage anything being in there.
  14. Uhh, the second video isn't THAT fast. I'll make a vid of 9 shots being dumped in about that time [ 07-06-2006, 11:58 PM: Message edited by: Duggan ]
  15. http://www.tangodownllc.com/products.shtml 3 from the bottom. Best bipod out, IMO. But likely too big for what you are looking to use it for. Also, if you go Harris, check out the larue mount for them. http://www.laruetactical.com/ [ 07-05-2006, 02:25 PM: Message edited by: Duggan ]

    EOTECH mounts

    Indeed.
  17. Yea, I can destroy clays with the eotech on mine ... All the skeet shooters I was with couldn't hit a thing with it though. I guess it's just what you are used to. I've been using eotechs for years, with many thousands of rounds each year. Good to know other people enjoy skeet shooting with tactical optics as well. Heh.
  18. I did a lot of that yesterday.

  20. Note the open bolt. Oops. Someone was caught posing for the camera in between assaults.

  22. Fix you link and I'll tell you. It currently gives a "page not found"
  23. JJM, What tape switch/endcap and m3 mount is that? You know what the diameter of the m3 is? I have the exact same light, and I'm looking to mount it using a larue offset light mount, but Im not sure what diameter rings to get. Any idea? Otherwise, badass. All you need now is an FCAM, the big release pad, a tangodown vertical grip, and a one piece military mag tube
  24. I'd buy one to try.
